I think they believed Caylee was dead before they got to Universal.

Casey seems to think she has something to smile at Baez about.

 

Does she NOT understand that her case is in shambles and she will most likely be spending the rest of her life in jail?  I just don't think she gets it.  I think she is believing that she will be set free.   

Just like her lies, she lives for the moment.  She will live in the moment until she dies, not thinking about the future at all.

they are instructed not to show emotions.....but I sure would love to know what is  through their minds....all the lies are going to hang her...how could anyone EVER believe her drowning/abuse stories????

I really think this tape is just devastating to the defense. That justice sign is grinding them into the dirt.

According to the defense, even if the jury believes the defense, they are getting an earful of how well she lies and witnessing how she ignored a chance to come clean. They can't believe what the defense has put out there in light of this tape. They know Zanny doesn't exist now................ I don't think the defense can overcome this tape. It's done, IMO.

Judge Perry just said, "It's always good to have a little levity."  I agree with Judge Perry.  He's a very wise man.

It's really difficult to comprehend how Casey could take these men to Universal to show them her "Office," when she didn't work there.  Didn't she know that fate would catch up with her at the end of that hall?  I think her past experience with her parents, specifically Cindy, had taught her that no matter how convoluted the explanation, it would be believed.  But she was with police officer who had heard it all and seen it all, not her adoring and gullible mother.

Casey looks both pizzed and perplexed....like pizzed they are playing this an unraveling her lies..perplexed that she can not remember this entire discussion..and Lordy they keep mentioning accident and I didn't bite.

The only thing i hear that supported their crazy theory so far was how delusional she sounds when saying I know she's been here and to sea world. I could see them argue, see she wants to pretend Caylee is alive and having fun.  Can it overcome the obviousness of what Casey is and how bad she is, I don't think it stands a chance.

There is no where for the defense to go with a cross on this tape..it is what it is. 

The jury hears this..doesn't matter what the defense says about accidents now.
