Mark Lippman continues his interview with Insessions by stating  "the dycommity between Mr. Baez and the Anthony family has changed.   Mark Lippman, my personal feelings about bozo will be left for a day that he is no longer an attorney!!!!

He also said that his clients were "not part of the murder."   He further stated that George did NOT molest his daughter.

"that child" is not how a mother refers to their own flesh & blood in these circumstances as Casey said in her Universal Studio interview with detectives.   Especially not when one would be franatic and/or completely upset & worried about their child.   You would hear the child's name or referencing the child as their daughter or son, period.

Yep!

When Baez was trying to get the two Dr.s in.....CJBP asked if they were going for an insanity defense. Not only did Baez say no, Casey shook her head no also.  No Dr.s on their list to go down that road. So why is Baez presenting this case as if she is nuts??

Then Baez backtracked a few days later and wanted one of the doctors admitted as a witness during sentencing phase.  I know the name is on a list as being requested..I don't know if the judge has ruled yet rather or not that doctor can be part of the witnesses for the defense during sentences.

Does anyone know how that ended or if it has been decided yet/

Casey Anthony: Her ‘unruffled’ demeanor stuns TV analysts
 ::snipping2::

WFTV’s Sheaffer lambasted defense attorney Jose Baez’s questioning of lead detective Yuri Melich. “Cross examination should have a point or don’t ask any questions,” Sheaffer said. “So far, this has been very disjointed and I do not see the point.”

What is up with Anthony?

“Insanity? Maybe not,” WOFL’s Tennis said. “Carrying your dead baby around in your car long enough that it seeps — that’s nuts.”

WOFL legal analyst Hal Uhrig said the defense waited too long to come up with a mental-health defense. “They’re not going to have the opportunity to bring on the psychiatrists to say she has a dissociative disorder,” he said. ”They’re going to have to simply imply it and get the jury to buy it.”

Tennis put it succinctly: ”No matter what the truth is, her demeanor is weird.” But Tennis predicted that Anthony will take the stand, saying “she almost has to.”

Scott Peterson did weird stuff too...didn't help him one bit later that he did...it helped hang him. All kc's weird crap says I didn't want to be a mother, I hate my mother, and I was only a good mother for the eyes of others and the camera. Lee told us, Cindy said kc is an unfit mother and all of kc's actions scream that and that she intentionally tried to relieve herself of motherhood.

I think the prosecution is doing an awesome job laying out the story of Caylee's murder.  Artful use of recalling witnesses as the story progresses and not asking one witness all questions at one time, but letting it unfold in its natural profression.  It is masterful and my heart is so appreciative of the absolute and obvious goal of being the voice for Caylee.  They are doing an incredible job!

Did Lippman just say that he will deal with Bozo when "he's no longer an attorney?"
No he said he would share his feelings about him then.

Thanks
But he did say when he is No Longer an Attorney!!! Haha

So obviously we are not the only ones who believe he will be disbarred after this trial.
Uh huh and he also said in a way .. Cindy and George relationship with Baez was different today.. which we knew but good to hear.

Wasn't it Lee who told LE that there was fight between KC and Cindy the night KC left.  Didn't he say that Cindy tried to choke KC?  If so, why didn't the State question him on this yesterday?  Am I mistaken that this was Lee?

Yes he did but Cindy already testified that the night of the 15th her and Casey sat and watched the video of Caylee at the nursing home and they both cried when they watched it!!

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

Okay, so Yuri and the otehr 2 detectives knew she didn't work at Universal, but said she always drops Caylee off at those steps.  Nobody asked her why she was dropping her baby off at a sitter if she had no job?  Nobody asked her where she was going.  That last detective that was not privy to all the details even asked her, knowing she didn't work there, so you dropped her off to go to work all the time, but no job?  I WANT TO KNOW WHERE SHE WAS GOING ALL THE TIME.  Guess I will never know.  We know she was not at work, she was not at home, unless she went back home, but I guess what she did prior to the 16th, the jury is not allowed to know?

There is NO way that Casey could have told LE there had been an accident at that stage. She knew her child was decomposing, but there might have been enough tissues left at that date,so that the medical examiner could have determined the exact cause of her death, thus blowing the accidental drowning story out of the water. Casey could not take that chance. She only came up with the accident theory long after all tissue had gone...  she was betting she would never be found.   If she had a few more brain cells than JB she might have realized that Florida is one big swamp where she could have dumped her and no one would ever find her. Instead, lazy as ever, she dumps her in the 'hood.

Yes, I think that is exactly WHY she would not tell them or let bozo plead her out. She KNEW if they found that body (which she would have had to give them to get a plea bargain) she was done. Whether it be because of chloroform, or her neck broken, or both it would have shown them how KC killed her and I also believe it would have shown how she did it by plan and not by accident.

Without cause of death and lacking hard evidence, the case will be reduced to motive and opportunity. These are the two things JB is trying to build up. Casey had both opportunity and motive. Geo also had opportunity, no motive has yet been presented. Others may have one or the other, but not motive AND opportunity. JB has not, so far, planted enough doubt to overcome the probably guilt of the accused.

As the trial progresses JB will have more than ample opportunity to present further evidence. Whether he does or not, remains to be seen and heard.

I wonder if the pool had chemicals that could be traced on Caylee. Then they could rule that out..
With technology today u would think??

LE took the pool filter and other things from the pool. I don't remember what else. The problem bozo has with the pool and the chloroform story is they did not use chlorine for that pool. They used Baquacil because I remember seeing the containers in one of the shots of the storage building inside. Baquacil is totally chlorine free.

And what one piece of physical evidence hung him?

Bill S said about Baez and Yuri... "You don't ask open ended questions" especially to officers because they'll nail you. The last part I paraphrased. lol.

After listening to all of that and typing it, I really need to go take a HOT, HOT shower.  I can't even imagine what the jury is thinking at this point.  I have known most of these details for years and still find it scary.  Will read all of your posts later.

Thanks Magic.    an angelic monkey

Your summaries are just great, magic.

I wonder how today's court has affected the jurors' appetites.

Lunch break until 1:30.

Totally agree...Magic...love the recaps.  I'm sending them to a couple of my friends that work.  TY so much!!

I think the defense has done an awesome job prosecuting this case.  The state was good too.
