I LOVE how Yuri looks and speaks directly to the jurors.  He's a great witness!

Yuri is such a wonderful witness and it is sooo clear how badly he wants justice for caylee.  The way he talks to the jury is amazing and shows them great respect.  I know the jurors definitely appreciate that.

I don't know how the entire audience does not just explode.  I could not control myself, fo'sho.  They are just fools.  I cannot wait until after her guilty verdict to see if the jurors will give their opinion of these tho azzhats and the rest of the dream team and beotchface.

But you know when she is found guilty, there will be appeals and if she's found to not have adequate counsel during this trial, she'll get a new trial and then all these people will have to come back to court.  These people could be tied to this case the rest of their lives through appeals/new trials. 

a death sentence is automatic appeal, if I'm not mistaken.  I was really concerned early on that there could later be a successful appeal based on ineffective council.  It was way early in it, before all the other attorneys came on board.  I didn't save any of the stuff I read up on but I remember being fairly confident then (again before all the other attorneys were added) that she couldn't win on that.

yes this was key that he added that in there and that linda then clarified exactly what he meant because the defense is going to try to get him to say that casey was a suspect during the universal trip

Me, too.  It makes the jury feel like they are a part of the trial and not observers.

I think Casey may be getting more smug looking everyday. It seems that she gets more defiant the worse things are looking for her.  I so want to see her on the stand.  She would be so nasty!

I have never seen anything like it.   

Morning trim.....neither have I....I have seen attorneys question with vigor, but never badger witness for the sake of badgering them.....he really needs to retire...this trial is going to be the one people remember him for...not the greatest memory of a 'legendary' attorney   thanks goodness we know there are really good, dedicated, and MORAL defense attorneys such as Mark Nejame and John Morgan
