I think the defense has done an awesome job prosecuting this case.  The state was good too.

I know this won't happen, but can the jury tell the judge that they have already decided, had they, that she is guilty?

I had to read this a few times, LOL, I was like are we watching the same trial, then saw the word prosecuting.

Remember that they are not allowed to discuss the case - but we know they are.

That's true, so they would have to discuss it to come to a consensus that they all agree at this point and that would cause a mistrial, juror misconduct (pulease).
