took my 2 yr old to the museum today & couldn't WAIT to get back & post this..........

don't know this lady & don't know if it is true - just repeating what she said & haven't had time to investigate.

Me, her & about 2 other ladies were sitting on benches watching out kids, someone was watching the trial on their iphone?  We all started talking about it.  The lady said she knows George's sister that lives in OH (I live in Cincinnati, OH) and was told about her "niece" before all of this happened that got pregnant by a Marine and didn't tell him.

Is there a marine involved anywhere?  Does Casey know a marine????

M. Hawkins is a marine but I'd doubt that Caylee was his.  Probably another lie coming straight from KC's lie hole.

I agree, but then there is Casey telling him she had something important to tell him.  Sometimes little pieces of truth are there.

I tend to think if the father was someone who looked "good" to Casey she would have used everything she could, especially Caylee, to get him.  She would at least have gone after some money

Casey tells Cindy on the jail visit videos that Zanny has everything Caylee needs (diapers, toys, clothes, car seat, etc.).  So someone please explain to me why Cindy & Casey packed a bag/backpack of things for Caylee to go to Zanny's while Casey went to "work"?  Cindy explained in her depos, testimony, and cross about packing a bag for Caylee to take in the morning.  Why would she need one if Zanny had everything?  Why was there a fully packed bag at Tony's?  Casey clearly had to have been sneaking home to get clothes and supplies if Caylee was "alive" because she wasn't buying them at Target, Publix, or Winn Dixie.  If Zanny had Caylee, there would have been no need for the packed bag, so says Casey's words.

She told he Mark was a Marine but he is actually in the Navy - she can't even get her boyfriend's straight. I think I read the military made him do a DNA test when he came for a deposition and he was not the father.

On that last video Geo first offers to do what he can to get he FBI involved.  Then Cindy does the same later on.  I hope the jury picks up on this as it will blow Bobo's OS out of the water.  You don't get the FBI if you have anything to do with it. 

Exactly my point that if George discovered Caylee dead on the 16th and dumped/hid her body.. why would he call the police on the 24th for stupid gas cans?  You wouldn't want the cops anywhere near your house if you are walking around with that guilt.

The only thing that I can think of is that Bozo (or whomever came up with this theory) really did think that they State would drop their 'planned' case after his OS.

I'll run down the jurors:

1) mwf, 60s, leaned toward Melich, often looks to prosecutor Burdick for reaction. Didn't seem to like George.

2) MBM, 30s, hardly ever reacts to anything.

3) SWF, 32, looks over at Casey frequently. Watched her during Cindy testimony.

4) SBF, 40s. Doesn't want to judge. Pays close attention to Baez. Often stony faced, but did shake her head when hearing lies and swears.

5) DWF, late 50s, 3 kids, long gray hair, glasses - no reaction.

6) 33yo MWM, 2 kids, slouches, often seems to be dozing, no other reaction.

7) DWF, no kids, lawyer's daughter. Pays close attention to both sides, swivels her chair to watch the witnesses. Arms folded always.

MWF, 50s, dad was cop. Never reacts.

9) SWM, 53, retired logger, thin, gray hair, glasses. very attentive, takes lots of notes.

10) SWM, 57, takes many notes, seldom reacts facially.

11) SWM, handsome, PE teacher, very engaged. Leans forward for defense. Fascinated.

12) MWF, 60s, 2 kids, 1 grandkid. Looked sympathetic to Cindy, often looks at Casey or at the prosecution for reaction when defense speaks.

That doesn seem in line with a few others inside observations, FWIW

If true, #4 and 11 scare me.  Who would pay any attention to him, LOL?

Precisely... acts like she is a guest on a talk show.  How can she show concern for her daughter when she knows her daughter is not alive.
