Good Morning All! Did anyone see Geraldo on Foxnews this morn? The only part I caught was when he said he believed Casey would only receive a sentence of time served and he hated to be the one to break it to everyone! Something about the tapes being played, I'm starting to really hate him!!    

I have been thinking all along that she would just get LWOP. Mainly because, the murderer is in the same family as the victim of this case.

Yesterday, after watching all those tapes of the HORRENDOUS Anthony family behavior... a wave hit me, they just might fry her.

If I were on the jury, I would do it, after seeing all of this. In a heartbeat - no doubts.

Yesterday, my husband said he'd give her the death penalty, too. 

Mine would too, just so he does not have to hear me any more.   

You had to hear me last night.  I was arguing with him cause he was saying that he bets bozo and the state have made agreesments to allow evidence in w/o invovling the juge, and I was just like that does not happen, and there cannot be trial by ambush but he says they do it.

Hello Monkeys, Ihave been watching every chance Ive had but havent had the time to comment, been working alot this week and my daughter has been getting ready for graduation  tonight.....what bad timing ...lol..but today I am off work and will get to watch for most of the day. I dont think for one second Caseyhoe is gonna get anything but the DP.......I think the state  has a lot more stuff they are gonna throw out before this is all over. Glad  Justice is finally about to be served up..

She's in a great mood this am.  I wish the jury could see how happy and animated she is outside of their presence.  She has the zombie starte down pretty well in court now.

Didn't get a shot, but George and Cindy are there.

I saw it Monken!  He's a dumbarse if you ask me.  He was saying any conviction will be overturned because Melich and Allen didn't read her her rights after the trip to Universal ... blah blah blah ... Whoraldo's usual bullcrap.

WhoreAldo thinks that if she is found guilty, that it will be reversed on appeal because she was not mirandized while being interrogated.  He is trying to say that she was a suspect as soon as LE found out she was lying and therefore, should have been advised of her rights. 

He then went on to say that she could be convicted this time of aggravated manslaughter, a 5-15 sentence, and then if it was appealed, the most she could be convicted is aggravated manslaughter.  If she was convicted a second time on that charge, she probably would have served seven years for the original hypothetical conviction, and therefore, could be released for time served.

As usual, GR is talking out of his blow hole.  I did like it when he said he would be is house that she could get a reversal upon appeal.  I look forward to taking possession of his residence and kicking his sorry arse to the curb.

Mornin', Monkeys!  Is today's video the Hissy fit one?  (And Judge Perry is so cute...everytime he asks the jury, "did you heed my admonitions?"  I think he's saying, "did you eat any fishes?"  Hey, I've only had one cup of coffee.

Remember during jury selection and the defense asked the jurors if they would need her to admit guilt during the mitigation phase?  She'll never admit anything unless she can/will benefit.  George and Cindy should withhold all commissary deposits for the rest of her life until she tells them a story about what happened that sounded remotely true.  then they should still withhold giving her any money for snacks.
