Why the DT didn't attack the chain of custody on the trash bag in the trunk, the whole car for that matter since it sat in a parking lot and a tow yard for 2+ weeks.. I'll never know.  When that evidence was first introduced by the State they should have attacked chain of custody at that point..and it surprises that LKB didn't do that..but she didn't.

They still can..but had they done that at the beginning..and challenged the evidence for chain of command

IMO, he's going to OJ's trial. This is the fodder I was speaking of when I said I wish the State would just rest. Some where in the collection of evidence, whether it's now, the car, the air samples or when they get to finding Caylee, the defense will attempt to dance with this "collection" fodder. MOO.

Baez just wanted this witness's testimony regarding a "clean" collection.

Yeah, I corrected that up above.  Sorry.

IMO, it does not matter.  We know whose car it is.  He can claim it was contaminated, but I don't think anybody on the jury would think so, it sat in a lot locked until George came and got it.

I think the duct tape had a fingerprint or something, they have no clues who it belonged to.
