IMO, he's going to OJ's trial. This is the fodder I was speaking of when I said I wish the State would just rest. Some where in the collection of evidence, whether it's now, the car, the air samples or when they get to finding Caylee, the defense will attempt to dance with this "collection" fodder. MOO.

Baez just wanted this witness's testimony regarding a "clean" collection.

I agree with you. The thing he's forgotten is OJ was somewhat of a celebrity. KC is not, and is considerably more hated (I would venture to say) than OJ was during his trial.

There was something that had cross contamination.  I don't reemmber what the item was.  Could've been dt.

I believe they found it belonged to a female DNA person. Not good.

I think the duct tape had a fingerprint or something, they have no clues who it belonged to.

I believe they know exactly whose fingerprint it is.  It was a technician who accidentally contaminated it.

Is there any evidence that the state had sealed and so we don't yet know what it is? Have we seen Crime Scene photos? I haven't gone to look, because honestly, I am going to have to skip that part. I can't handle that sorta stuff. Sorry. Weak monkey.

I went back and watched the Today Show report that he references, but I never heard anything about 22 words on the report.  I will try to Tweet him and see if he responds.
