I don't know.  I do not think if I were a juror I would need to take notes.  I would not be remembering everythign though, but would definitely have an opnion by the end of the trial.

She was made. She stepped towards Mason, he actually stepped back! But he did say something to her in response to whatever she was saying. And she put her hand on the back of a chair. (She was still standing) and was looking upset and still speaking, but Mason turned and walked away!

Baez walked away from her too, gave Mason an eyeroll, and kept on walking.

Yep! I saw her demeanor change the instant they said "No Animal". She immediately looked at Baez with an EVIL death look! No kidding.

Ok if that happens.  The second trial will be like speckors, much faster trial and found GUILTY....
If casey gets LWOP then goes to the second trial(if there's one) she might get DP....

Is it me, or does Casey seem really bored??

(I know I am... this stuff is kinda dry which explains why they went with some of the more interesting stuff first.)

Baez continues to do a great job for the prosecution.

it is dry but it's so important for legal reasons and so that the defense can't poke successfully poke holes in the evidence

I don't think it would be dry to me if I was a juror and did not know anything about this portion of the case.

We have gone over these reports on the evidence and the interviews of the people involved withthere collection with a fine tooth comb.  The jurors are hearing and seeing tis forthe first time..and othr then watching CSI, I think this would be a lifetime first for most of them.  I can see where they would pay attention to the physical and scientific evidence..it is fact, provable....and this is real and tangible to them.  Lordy..wait till they get a whiff of that trunk liner.

Jinx on HLN says Farmville lady took notes when Casey talking in vid acting like a caring family member and that she looks at Casey alot and stares when there are sidebars and wonders if Farmville might be taking Caseface's side..(that is what my teenagers call her)....But then again that is Jinx opinion....

That, the booty calls and IMO, he's up to his eye balls in this charade of fabricating the defense. I don't believe that she began this thing with "I was abused", I think her atty helped create her "memories" and I think he was forced to add Kronk in the mix to cover his JAC funding. He used a lot of money for investigating Kronk and TES, if this had been an accident with GA even being the one to take care of the body...why bring in Kronk?  Baez spent 3yrs hyping the ooh and ahh momemt, he wanted this thing to be a shock and awe case. He got it.  Casey can't be trusted and if he "helped" her with the details, she's got him by the short hairs. JMHO


Maybe he is just tolerating her bs cause he don't want her to tell about the "booty calls"...

i think there is zero chance of Casey ever getting acquired.  the worst that could happen would be a hung jury (or conviction of much lesser charge) and her getting a better atty next time around.
