I think there was only one hair with decomposition band found in the trunk, the others may simply be hairs from a live person, without the "death band".

Yes, and this was after Cindy had placed Fabric Dryer Sheets in the car and sprayed it with Febreze.

I think Cindy was covering for KC or added to it, but I think KC put those dryer sheets and the baking soda in that car.

Which makes Dr. "quickhand" Henry Lee's old claim that he found 17 new hairs not collected even funnier (PS originally & still do believe Cindy gave him hair off a brush to combat the death band hair) when he inspected the car.   For those that dont know Dr Henry Lee has been admonished before for tampering with evidence.

Thanks Capp. Is he testifying for the defense? Do we know?

They'd be idiots to put him up there because the State will bring up his admonishment

Yep, he was going to work for oranges, but then decided he needed to be paid cash for his trip to Orlando to testify.  CJBP said no.

I have thought that also.  But, even if/when it does go to appeals, it isn't going to be kicked back or reversed because of the preponderance of evidence.  What I mean is, they can probably throw out half of the evidence and the decision would be the same.  They are presenting everything for juror's sake to put the puzzle pieces together.  Appeals Court Judges wouldn't require ALL of this to figure it out.  IMO
