I hope this does not back fire if there is no smell..a juror might wonder why there is not a strong smell if it was in there before, especially since it has been sealed up...

As sad as it is, it would be great if the jury had to sit with the smell the rest of the trial.  So they knew what she drove around in.

Isn't it all still sealed in plastic?

It wouldn't smeel too much until the packaging and plastic covers are removed...and yes I thought they would bring that trunkliner etc right into the dang courtroom..they had to.

Yes, I know she did and she may have put some in there also, but I think KC had also put them in there when she put the baking soda in there. If you look at the evidence photos there were some in trunk and Cindy would have no way to know the smell was emanating from there over the back seat.
