My cats are always bringing small, dead animals up under our porch and leaving the there. The smell gets really bad sometimes, especially in the summer.  So I know what that smells like and it's purtrid.  Some witness have said dead animals smell different than humans, so I can't even imagine that smell.  Animals are bad enough.

Someone earlier posted that Fox was saying they could get a conviction overturned on the basis of ineffective council.

Since 2008 KC has had for lawyers
Bobo
Macalusa
Terry Lenamon (DP)
LKB
Lyon
Mumbles the Senior Citizen (DP)
Brillohead
Finnell (DP)

During Day one of the trial there were 11 lawyers sitting on the dufense side.  The day that Bobo was whining he had not watched the jail videos and wanted time to redact them JP counted 7 lawyers.  Show me any other indigent client that has this many lawyers (and I may have missed some) defend them.  I have also noted which ones I am certain are death penalty qualified and KC currently has 2 working on the case.  Fox is FOS!

Good gravy I can't physically handle Bozo's cross examinations. He reminds me of Elle Woods ("oh so then you got in the shower?") from Legally Blonde, but not as clever.

Kathi Belich said WFTV's producer in the court room said those cans  which are sealed now do contain what could be an odor but none is being detected right now.

I'd rather they didn't attempt that. Some jusr members might smell it and some not. It would be like the OJ glove fiasco

I dont think its their intent to create that but if it smells as a matter of fact, it is what it is

The decomp smell could be animal?  Yes?

Could be meat?  Yes?

Or, could be human?  YES!

And the witness, Bloise, correctly addressed him as "Counselor" when he greeted him.  Class meets @sshat.

I would not want to smell that.  I would just take it from the witnesses that it smelled.  I can imagine some of the jurors smelling that and throwing up.

The worst part of decomp smell is you can't get it out of your nose. It ruins your food for a few days if you don't put vicks under your nose before you smell it and even then sometimes it sticks in your memory.

It stayed in my nose for almost 2 weeks and even my skin after many showers/baths. It has never left my memory. Adding it's been since August of 1999.

I bet KC wishes she was a cat so she could kill and just get away with it.

Dead decaying animals can't hold a candle to the smell of a human body for some reason. Even when a large cow is down in the field if you are right on top of it moving it, that smell is NOTHING which would compare to a human body decomp.

Me, too.  Precise and professional.  He doesn't back down when Baez is trying, (and I stress the word trying,)to cross examine him.  Oh, and the only fecal matter I smell is what Baez is dishing out.
