I really do not understand bozo's questions. He keeps saying different "stages" of decomposition, then he goes into when a person first dies. I hate to tell him but bodies do not have an odor at all right after death, so to me it would not be a "stage of decomp". There is no odor unless they have voided their bowels and that smells like bowels not decomp.

I've noticed he runs all over the field, pretending he has the football, and tries to give the impression he is scoring-or, about to do so.  Very confusing--on purpose???

Baez is so hard to follow...he is all over the place; his question don't even pertain to the evidence in my opinion.  What a joke of a lawyer he is.  Unreal he is even allowed in courtrooms.

Anyone else wonder why she's not been coached to cry or to wince, remembering her sweet baby was in that trunk?  They out to take her out of the courtroom so they can pretend she's heartbroken, since she obviously can't pretend to be.

Because Baez is going to try and say that Caylee was never in that trunk.

OH, haha ... I thought they were gonna try to say Kronk stole her body to hide it for a while from her trunk when it was at the Amscot.

I think that theory is a little fluid, since The Clown kind of skipped over a few parts as to the chain-of-custody.  See if the
State proves that the body was in the trunk decomposing....they will say that George put her there first, then gave Kronk the key, then Kronk hid her in the woods.  And, of course, if they DON'T prove evidence in the trunk, then George dumped the body in the woods...or put her by the water meter so Kronk would find her there.  Hope this makes sense....NOT!!!

I think he is confused.  The prosecution never said she died in a manner where there would be blood.  Maybe Baez thinks you bleed when you decompose? Really, maybe that is what he thinks.

I hope this does not back fire if there is no smell..a juror might wonder why there is not a strong smell if it was in there before, especially since it has been sealed up...

They have sealed air samples for them to sniff, no?

After 3 years, I doubt there would be a lot of odor. I am sure if there is not a lot of odor, they will allow the jurors if they as to smell it up close and personal.  I don't know how far the odor will carry but I can assure you that spare tire cover will still smell of decomp because that smell never leaves fabrics like carpeting.

If they wet the liner the smell of decomp would probably re-activate as the carpet re-dried. Along the same lines of a dirty wet dog...I want the jurors to be knocked over by the odor of poor decomposing Caylee...the smell that no one ever forgets, human decomp.
