I don't think the duffense has decided yet.  They are going to wait and see what they can sneak in and JBP allows them to sneak in.  I bet, if they cannot get anything in, they will have to have her testify.

medical records was going to be at 1:00 tomorrow I believe.  The morning one was for the motion filed from Mumbles office that Mumbles denied until the judge pointed  out on the paper for him that Finnell signed and it indeed came from is office.  It was a refiling of a previous motion that had been denied and the only difference with the new one was Finnell's signature.  Mumbles dropped the motion this morning.
