Has the story come out yet of her stealing the money from Amy? Wasn't the story that Amy's clothes were changed and Casey said she must have sleep walked or something like that. Now I wonder if maybe she gave Amy some chloroform or something for her to be able to steal the money while Amy slept. That is one deep sleep if you do not realize your clothes are changed.

Jurors heard today about Bluestar used to check for blood stains..negative results for blood stain...Jenkasaurus just said the more jurors took out their notepads and made a note of that than every before.


However....what is this jury going to think when they see the picture of Caylee's remains with the duct tape over the mouth and nose and still intact?!?

You wouldn't expect to find blood if Caylee died from being smothered or chloroform. 

I was joking at the time but now not so sure. For the life of me what did blood have to do with anything at this point, except Baez was trying to put into the jurors head that there should be blood associated with decomp.  I guess in closing he'll make a big point they never proved how she died and there was no blood found - but wow.  Totally lost point for the time being.

maybe they made a deal if he said sex abuse in opening statement she had to back it up on the stand?

While listening to the tape ... I attempted to put myself in the place of someone who was not aware that Casey was a pathological liar.  This young woman has the gift to articulate without batting an eye.

Being the devil's advocate for a minute ...

I believe if Casey took the stand ... begged the court for mercy ... conceded that Caylee's demise was a result of wrongdoing but was not intended ... admitted that her behaviour and actions in the following month that implied no remore ... no conscience ... were inappropriate ... she would have the jury's attention.

At this point the sexual abuse that Casey allegedly endured as a child by her father would become an issue ... an issue which defence "experts" would testify was a justification for all that took place in that one month period in 2008.

At this point in the trial, based on what has been presented, your talking points are very logical. I realize there is no need to remind monkeys, but Casey is a gifted actress.

She is not a gifted actress, she is a practiced pathological liar - huge difference.  Her facial expressions, temperament & mannerisms giver herself away.

JVM on HLN just stated to the audience that for "legal reasons" they wont disclose what the cease and desist is against LP.  LP motioned as if he doesnt care.   JVM went on to say to Leonard "your opinions tonight are your opinions."

From that I will venture to say that what he said on Dr Drew that they are upset about is regarding if they made any media deal with Jim L.   In order to do so, they must have not had a deal because it would be rather ridiculous of them to sen a cease and desist if they did in fact make a deal with a network we are not aware of.

Padilla is almost as bad as Casey.  He has come up with so many stories over the past few years and NONE were correct.  Whinetraub is also a moron.
