Just curious and know some of the monkeys here know the answer from personal experience, but if Casey was sexual molested by George, would she keep requesting to talk to him and he be the only one she wants to come visit her in jail?  I can understand being a child and being scared and 'sucking up' to the parent that is molesting you, because kids are scared and don't know how to handle it, but Casey is a grown woman here and she is requesting always talking to her dad.  Just for this reason I cannot believe George ever did anything her.  Just wanted your all's take on that.

I have never been molested, but I work with the homeless and many of them have been. It has not been my experience with them that they want anything to do with their molester when an adult. The last person they would want around them is the molester alone like she keeps saying.

I believe she has been able to manipulate George much more easily than Cindy in the past and that is what she plans to do this time. Cindy seems to see through her although she walks on egg shells around her.

They can file appeals until the cows come home, but getting a new trial is a whole different story. To win an appeal there has to be an error in the procedures of law. With her having all the other attorneys although bozo might be disbarred, her overall trial was not put in jeopardy.

My brother saw a few minutes of the tapes and he said bozo evidently had never seen the tapes prior because there was so much he could have had redacted in the tapes if he had filed with the court.

Which is what makes me wonder if Baez if making himself look incompetent on purpose. That would be reason for appeal hands down. If he's disbarred after this trial, appeal no questions asked. Then tge experts that are anti dp will come out of the woodwork.

Once again..she will not get any competent attorney to file an appeal for her for free. 

I am sure there will be an appealed filed.

I am sure the appeal will not be heard..a panel of judges will review the appeal to see if there is enough grounds to go to a appeals trial.

They will find she may have had one incompetent attorney..but she has over 11 attorneys on the defense team..11.....they will not hear an appeal under those circumstance.

Rather we like him or not Foghorn Mason is considered to be a very good attoreny.  Well known in Florida..and has tried several DP cases in the past....Anne Finnell is also well known in Florida and used to work for the Public Defenders office..so there is no way she can claim incompetent leadership in her trial..she has several very quealified, competent, experienced DP attorneys working on her defense.

Yeah you're right, but ethics has loopholes. Competency and ethics is where they'll go if Baez is disbarred. I've said from the very beginning of this case that we're witnessing case law in the making. It's all about the death penalty.

I am scared that Casey molested them!  What a bully! Seriously, had Caylee lived I could see Casey selling her and doing horrible horrible horrible things with her, beyond what already happened. At least now in Heaven she is safe from any future abuse from Casey. 

It is clear to see that Casey is pure selfish evil. A co-worker and I were discussing it yesterday about how could Caylee possibly have grown up not to be a mess...How could she possibly have grown up to not be dishonest with the master guiding her?My co-worker had a neice who neglected her little girl and she died...she told me that she now looks at it as the little girl had no chance to grow up normal with the evil mother she had and she is at peace that at least the little girl is safe in heaven now.
I hope the slore never eats decent chili again in her life...

I avoided my father!  When I learned that he was molesting foster children I cut off all contact.  Haven't seen my family except a few for almost twenty years.  You cannot forgive the unforgivable.  Even after the abuse stopped and even as an adult I would NEVER EVER want to be alone with him!  I have not seen my parents in almost twenty years and my daughter has not & WILL not see them.  He because he is a monster & my mother because she doesn't believe he did it despite his conviction.  She simply cannot be trusted to keep my child safe - plus it disgusts me!

I am 99.9% sure that he didn't do it.  Lee? I'm not so sure - there's definitely something there imo (but it could have been concentual between them i.e., "exploring")
