The way this defense badgers witnesses is appalling.  Why isn't this being addressed?  Oh well, at least Mason looks like a big bully.  Hope the jury sees that.

Good morning everyone. 

I had to testify in a court case, no jury, but the lawyers told me to look at the judge when answering any question from any lawyer.  The lawyer said the judge, like the jury, were the ones that needed the reply/answer, not the person asking the question.  Too bad the JB and all are upset with that. 

Question....was there not a video visitation with the grandparents where ICA commented something to the effect "they even did not find her clothes yet''...and was this played for the jury yet?   I seem to remember this but I could be wrong.

It is a known fact that when one has to bully and insult rather than debate with validity and/or civility that they know they are wrong to begin with.

Two Faced Azzholes.  Mason tells LEO "I'm over here" because she is looking at the jurors when she answers him.  Didn't Bozo just get onto Melich Yesterday because he only looked at the jury when answering the STATE?  I can't stand this morons.

yes and at one point he said something like "can you look at the jury in the eyes since you're not looking at them anymore & tell them honestly".  objection sustained (we need an abbreviation or icon or something for objection - sustained so we don't have to keep typing it out lol)

I know during the jury selection the judge would tell them that he had other business to attend to during the lunch break.  I would assume the same here as this isn't the only case the judge is dealing with.
