The dumbfense know they are losing the case and now they are becoming more and more aggressive and nasty.  I can't wait until this case is over with and we can hear the opinions of the jurors about the dumbfense.

Perry told them once before that they will be taking them out sometimes for lunches instead of eating in the court house.  That's all I know of it.

Next witness, Charity Beasley, LDP is questioning her.

She is a CSI for the sheriff.  She collected items.  She had the car towed to the forensic lab, she sealed the car with tape prior to it being towed from the Hopespring Drive, she followed the tow truck, she followed the entire way and turned it over to CSI Boise.  She was given items at the residence by Cindy Anthony.  Some of the items were given in a blue plastic crate.  A doll, a backpack, a toothbrush, misc items and plastic hangers.  She was also given a laptop by Cindy.  It was unplugged and off.  Did she try to turn it on?  No she did not.  She filled out a property form when she collected the items.  She recorded the items on the property form with the name and number of the laptop. She refreshed her memory of the name and number of the laptop.  It is the one she collected, she recorded the info about it at the Anthony residence.  She provided the other items to CSI Boise, she gave the laptop to another CSI Kahn.

Mason is up,

When you went to the Hopespring Drive had you talked to Det Melich? No.  You didn't go there blind, what did you know?  I was told it was a missing persons case.  Mr Mason is telling her to look at him, she is looking at the jury.  Mason asks her about the towing of the car, where you there to be official about the towing of the car?  Yes, I was there to see to it and seal it.  Mason asks did you seal the trunk? Yes.  Did you smell any odors from the trunk of that car?  She does not recall.  Mason asks her this computer you were handed by Cindy, did you open it?  No.  Did you look to see if it had a live battery? No.  You just handed it over to Ms Khan?  Yes.  Were you involved in anything else in this case? No sir I was not.

No questions by Linda, witness excused.

Jury is recessed for lunch until 1:30 pm.  Talking to the jury about their lunch variety changing next week, they will be taken to another floor for a buffet to be brought in.

Probably takes an hour to get an appetite after looking at that hot mess of a duhfense.  I should've been on the jury...I would be losing a TON of weight!

Mason is the rudest SOB I've ever seen.  I hope Judge Perry smacks him upside his hard of hearing head!  Totally unprofessional and again, I think the jury will dislike him for it.  After all, Ms. Beasley was talking to them!

I think we can easily see why Mr. and Mrs. Cheney Mason have lost friends during this case, as he claimed on TV.  Who would want to be friends with him, much less be married to him?  That's o.k. though, it's just another glaring indication and confirmation that the defense has bupkiss, nada, zip, zero, zilch, nothing.  It's beautiful!  MOO

I have no idea how anyone can say Mumbles is a respected lawyer.  He is rude, crude, a bully and comes across as a crass, obtuse bitter old man.  He plays the senior citizen card and hearing issue card as it suits him.  He is a bigger putz then Bobo.

Before he joined the case he was a talking head on the news and said that  they should take a plea deal or go on to the circus of a trial.  Well Mumbles has become the bully and snake oil salesman of the circus sideshow IMO.

He said in an interview with Jinkasaurus that he is fond of KC and has genuine feelings for her.  Maybe when she gets the needle they can give a two for one special that day.

I've got to go see my mom at the nursing home, will be back later.  I really believe the defense is working under cover for the prosecution.  Every time they step up to the podium, they dig Casey's grave a little deeper.  (I wonder if they borrowed Brian Burner's shovel?)

Just curious and know some of the monkeys here know the answer from personal experience, but if Casey was sexual molested by George, would she keep requesting to talk to him and he be the only one she wants to come visit her in jail?  I can understand being a child and being scared and 'sucking up' to the parent that is molesting you, because kids are scared and don't know how to handle it, but Casey is a grown woman here and she is requesting always talking to her dad.  Just for this reason I cannot believe George ever did anything her.  Just wanted your all's take on that.

As a former juvenile probation officer, I dealt with many, many molested girls and they repeatedly showed fierce loyalty and affection for the molester, whether a parent, or relative, neighbor or anyone else.

I would say she is not showing any loyalty to George, Cindy, Lee, or Caylee now..she is trying to emotionally destroy them..

I would also say she never showed any loyalty to her parents or family..she is very belligerent with them from the get go.

If her mouth is moving ..it's a lie coming out.
