JP uses that time to take care of other business and God knows they need that long just to have a break from KC and the defense asswipes.  I was so glad to hear JP take Mason down and would love to see it more often!

LP on HLN with Mike Galanos, says George is a stand up good guy.  Talking about Tracy's time with Casey also, about doing crafts, beads etc, with Casey and never saying Let's go find my daughter.  Casey talked about Caylee in the past tense.

Earlier today after a recess, before the jury was brought in, Baez was compalining about someting IDK what..and JP said he was not going to take time out right now to hear this.  JP said he might take a half hour of his lunch hour to review/research and write something up for them..don't know what that was about but does show he works through lunch.

I think there are two reasons.

Judge Perry is very thoughtful and considerate of the jurors. He probably thinks they need that much time for a break.

And it also affords him some time to get things done during lunch. (I think he does a lot behind the scenes.)

Well so much for him saying he hadn't had time to watch the tape until recently..he must know that tape back and forth to be setting up his next pubicity for $$deal with People Magazine while he should be riverted to it for his next objection.

He is a digusting excuse for an attorney and a human being.  He is not even paying attention in court.

Yoder1 - didn't want to do a huge quote stack - but a lot of phsycially abused children are like that.  Very dedicated to the abusive parents.  Do not want to leave them.

The thing with Casey is she wasn't overly close or distant to George.  

I was just responding to a question. You are correct. Molested children show loyalty and emotion because in their "child think" they believe they were some how to blame for the molestation. Casey does not exhibit that kind of thinking.

Not all of them. I personally know a childhood friend who was molested for years by her adoptive father (her uncle--her parents were killed in a car accident when she was very young) The adoptive mother knew and did nothing. She finally told someone (besides me, I did know but was her age and didn't know what to do to help her back then, we were really young) and she got taken away and went to foster homes. She never saw her adoptive parents again--even though they begged her! She had NO loyalty to them. She only saw them again when the uncle/adoptive father was dying. She went and spit on him in the hospital. So, not all of them are loyal! Sorry. That's the only experience I really know.

That loyalty usually ends by age 14 or so. In a child they don't have any options or power, but most when they become adults choose to not only stay away from the abuser, but develop a blind running hate for them which is hard to overcome. Having talked with many of the homeless women, they all seem to have the same attitude...."I wouldn't p*ss on him if he was on fire".

I really don't know if I would have an appetite after some of the physical evidence starts to come out..when they get into that I think a few jurors will not be eating much at lunch time.

He never cared what the outcome of the trail was, just that he received the notoriety he wants by being connected to it. Like he said on facebook he considers it a WIN if he can keep her off death row - not that he wants her found not guilty. His motive was purely personal from the beginning if you have watched all his pressers.
