Which makes Dr. "quickhand" Henry Lee's old claim that he found 17 new hairs not collected even funnier (PS originally & still do believe Cindy gave him hair off a brush to combat the death band hair) when he inspected the car.   For those that dont know Dr Henry Lee has been admonished before for tampering with evidence.

It is going to take a month just to go through all this evidence.  We still have to find Caylee's body and the evidence from that.

Not that I know of.  A big stink was made by the DT about not being able to do their own testing on the hair. Sounds like only one hair with DB to me.

I have thought that also.  But, even if/when it does go to appeals, it isn't going to be kicked back or reversed because of the preponderance of evidence.  What I mean is, they can probably throw out half of the evidence and the decision would be the same.  They are presenting everything for juror's sake to put the puzzle pieces together.  Appeals Court Judges wouldn't require ALL of this to figure it out.  IMO

TexasBarMom...your Avi reminds me of when ICA was listening to her mom & dad and was shaking her head back & forth.  Apologies to monkeys everywhere...she does look simian.

Was defense, but I thought he dropped out, so not sure if he can testify.
