Lala's, there are very few things in this world that I detest more than Wal-Mart's Self Checkout LOL.

In fact, I am far less enamored of Wally's 5 and 10 OVERALL since they ended their buy-American days and sold their souls to China.

I guess I am now officially disqualified from "soccermom" status... ummm... no, I lost that before I ever got started.   Wink

I know I can't shop as fast as Klaas can....I think they have given her
her own check out line...!

 Very Happy

The other night I was in Wal Mart and I was trying my best to get in there and get through the checkout line as fast as Klaas does.  Took me 10 minutes just to get to the self checkout counter and then another 5 just to get my stuff checked (12 items) and pay for it and bag it and leave.  I think she flies to her car. Maybe she has wings.  Shocked

Man, I wish our WalMart had a self check isle  Laughing

when the self-check out sees me.... its says "hi robots"

MeMere,

If you're still here - are you going to the Isle of Man?

I dislike those self checkouts too, but our Wally World only opens three regular ones and then opens all the self checkouts so you will have to use them.  I avoided it for a long time and mu daughter kept saying I was just lazy. She just pops in and out like Klaas does.   So the first time I tried it I had the customer service lady  almost in tears by the time I got out.  It was kind of like me and computers in my early days. LOL  Now, I use it all the time.  I hate bagging my stuff though, too much trouble and I don't even get a discount either.

Yep, when Sam Walton passed away things went downhill from there.  I can't imagine you as a soccer mom.  I tried it once and made all the other moms angry.  They didn't like me speaking my mind.  Wonder why? Rolling Eyes

Actually, I am a pretty good "socceruncle", as much as I can be.

There is a LONG story behind that issue, that I have shared before. I will spare y'all the sordid details again but for those who remember, things have not gotten much better on the family front.
