I wonder how much of the FL taxpayers money JB paid his 'investigator' to dig into the backgrounds of the FBI persons who did all the testing (the lady that did the hair testing...can't remember her name at this moment) to find out she fail her test in 2000??

Okay, I just listened to Lowe's (FBI) testimony about the hair banding.

There was nothing said about the duct tape during her direct examination.

I don't know who all the prosecution will bring on the stand, but "before" we hear about the duct tape/hair evidence, we first will have to hear from Kronk finding the remains and Dr. G, medica examiner, autopsy and autopsy photos.

That is an article from one of the March hearings in this case where it came out that when Casey had one of her jail calls with Lee she said "when Melich read me my rights".  So Casey herself claims she was read her rights.

ChiChi, Ms. Lowe only testified today about the hair found in the car.  Other hairs were not introduced today.
