Mark Lippman said that he cant go into attorney/client privilege but what we see speaks volumes.  The family is going to look at her mental evaluation, she isnt insane but obviously there is something wrong for her to have done the things she has done, leaving it for the jury as far as justice being served.  They feel she needs help....well she can get that help behind bars & never see the light of day again.

From that I take it they will not stand in the way of justice but will plead for her life at the end.  Also, his words tell me that they know she murdered Caylee.

I missed Lippman but what you got out of it was that the Anthony's (George and Cindy) NOW believe that she murdered Caylee?  I sure hope so.  They were in denial their whole lives with that monster.  Seeing the jailhouse tapes now, I do believe they were trying as hard as they could to get information from her.  She ran the show and they had to be careful not to pizz her off so they could find Caylee.  Didn't go well.

Okay, I don't get it.  Wouldn't that hair that was still attached to Caylee's skull ... and the duct tape ... when the skull was found ... have a death band?  Someone explain please?  I missed everything after 10 EST. 

Scientifically I do not see how this is possible. If she died as a result of the duct tape, I get it. If the hair attached to the tape had no banding, what did KC do, pull it out while she was alive. I personally would like to see a link that said the hair on the duct tape had no banding. All that proves is that not all hair develops it, or its not true.
Once Caylee died, the hair stuck to the duct tape should show the banding.. anyone?

Maybe they didn't check for the death band on a dead Caylee body. why would they, they already knew she was dead.

Blonde, I believed someone here said that the hair from the duct tape had no banding and that proved it was put there before death. Thats what had me confused. The duct tape evidence hasnt come in yet
IMO, it is not possible to tell if the duct tape was put on before she died or 1 hr after she died..but.. I believed she killed her with it

Yes   It is my belief that during that farce of an opening statement by Bozo including the wild accusations they right then and there realized she had to have murdered Caylee, compared to all the other crap they heard or wanted to believe.   I think they wanted to believe someone else had to be involved & influenced her or that there was an accident...thus the protection & all the inexcuseable things they did to that end.

Great point, it's been pushing 100 or hit 100 the past 5 days here and inland it is MISERABLE...if we didn't have a constant breeze, I'd never go outside...

Also, Whorealdo is on BS'ing with his theories and not one person even the defense atty will agree with him. I am seeing him and Bozo on a boat during a Cat 5 and it's not pretty..sorry, I was dreaming. Will run over to break room LOL

I think the Baez knew about where the body was and that is why he sent out that detective to look for her in that area in which she was found. Can Baez held for anything if he knew about a dead body and didn't tell police?

Yes, that is a really big deal.  If he KNEW where Caylee was and purposely sent someone to that area to look for her and it's proven...he's going to jail.

Oh my goodness, Geraldo says (on Fox news channel, just  now) defense has an ace in the hole, no Miranda rights given to her. Well, my question is this, if this is true, why not have the case thrown out before now and save FLA lots of $$? Who wasn't this brought up in the defense's opening statement. Remember Geraldo is a friend of the defense atty.

Agreed, also haven't seen any @ss kicking that he promised either.

WRT the miranda rights and I understood this is Florida law so I checked Mark NeJame's FB page and IIRC he too is a defense atty, this was his answer to someone asking that question:

Why is Baez trying to make us believe that Melich was wrong br not reading Casey her Miranda rights sooner, and will they get an appeal b/c of that? Geraldo Rivero stated on Fox and Friends yesterday that will happen??? I so hope he's wrong. So much tax dollar money going toward this already.

Mark NeJame It will be a point of appeal but I don't believe a successful one. It is pretty clear that she wasn't in custody at the time of her statements and that she made them voluntarily. Her belief that she could convince anyone of anything underscores that she had no trouble talking as she thought that she could talk her way out of it.

He's been slowly & painfully getting weeded out.   He used to be on weekday evenings, tons of special reports then they tried to move him to a show that failed on Fox syndicated but then he returned to weekends only and most of the time his slot gets preempted with other specials...get er done Fox
