Mark Lippman said that he cant go into attorney/client privilege but what we see speaks volumes.  The family is going to look at her mental evaluation, she isnt insane but obviously there is something wrong for her to have done the things she has done, leaving it for the jury as far as justice being served.  They feel she needs help....well she can get that help behind bars & never see the light of day again.

From that I take it they will not stand in the way of justice but will plead for her life at the end.  Also, his words tell me that they know she murdered Caylee.

I missed Lippman but what you got out of it was that the Anthony's (George and Cindy) NOW believe that she murdered Caylee?  I sure hope so.  They were in denial their whole lives with that monster.  Seeing the jailhouse tapes now, I do believe they were trying as hard as they could to get information from her.  She ran the show and they had to be careful not to pizz her off so they could find Caylee.  Didn't go well.   

Yes   It is my belief that during that farce of an opening statement by Bozo including the wild accusations they right then and there realized she had to have murdered Caylee, compared to all the other crap they heard or wanted to believe.   I think they wanted to believe someone else had to be involved & influenced her or that there was an accident...thus the protection & all the inexcuseable things they did to that end.

Oh my goodness, Geraldo says (on Fox news channel, just  now) defense has an ace in the hole, no Miranda rights given to her. Well, my question is this, if this is true, why not have the case thrown out before now and save FLA lots of $$? Who wasn't this brought up in the defense's opening statement. Remember Geraldo is a friend of the defense atty.

WRT the miranda rights and I understood this is Florida law so I checked Mark NeJame's FB page and IIRC he too is a defense atty, this was his answer to someone asking that question:

Why is Baez trying to make us believe that Melich was wrong br not reading Casey her Miranda rights sooner, and will they get an appeal b/c of that? Geraldo Rivero stated on Fox and Friends yesterday that will happen??? I so hope he's wrong. So much tax dollar money going toward this already.

Mark NeJame It will be a point of appeal but I don't believe a successful one. It is pretty clear that she wasn't in custody at the time of her statements and that she made them voluntarily. Her belief that she could convince anyone of anything underscores that she had no trouble talking as she thought that she could talk her way out of it.

They dont have a snowballs chance in H E double hockey sticks...she was not in custody upon her arrest she was given her Miranda rights.   Casey herself said Yuri read her rights.   If this issue was strong they would have won that argument long ago.

LOL...furthermore, very distinctly the detectives had the nanny as the suspect at the time, Casey was considered the mother of a missing child up until they arrested her AFTER all her lies & they verified many of them of being just that LIES.  She was then arrested for lying to a police officer & child neglect....not murder.

All of this just let's us know that there are people out there that see things differently than we do.  However, that doesn't make them right.  I feel she will be convicted of 1st degree murder and get LWOP.  I do not think she will get a reversal.  So Geraldo and a senile sheriff do not agree.....oh well.

ITA, She will be convicted & get LWOP (slight possibility of DP) & they will fail with a reversal.  IF given the DP, she will fail on automatic appeal & beyond on anything that has been discussed thus far.
