I am worried that the people on the jury will not be able to keep all this information straight.  There is just SO much to hear and retain and sort and weigh.  I am not confident that many folks have the attention span required.
Maybe my concerns are due to my lack of any experience with court room proceedures, but I am really worried they may lose the 'big stuff' in all the details.

yes me too!  Does the jury have access to the court transcripts during deliberation?  If so - all of it or a part they're wanting to go over?

This science is not over the Jury's head...   all they need to remember:-
A hair with a death band was found in her mother's trunk - a DEAD Caylee was in there.

Hair removed from the duct tape had NO death band- it came out of Caylee's head while she was alive.   That is all the evidence the State needs- duct tape was applied to a LIVING CHILD.

Agreed and it making me physically ill just to read it.

There have been many times we've thought she was doing something she shouldn't be but with all that crap piled up on that desk and JP left the room right before... I mean, she was staring at that laptop like she was reading some serious crap and then when she went under the desk looking at or doing who knows what, she was looking around as if to make sure no one was watching her. Seriously...looking to make sure no one was seeing what she was doing while the dang camera is on her! 

She was doing something she's not supposed to!

I agree kind of but the witness said it can take two days for the hair to start to show the postmortem banding.

Do we know who the duhfense witnesses are? I can't imagine what they've got that could make the jurors forget about all the forensics and credible witnesses the prosecution has. The thought makes me nervous.

You raise a very good point.  Simms was brought on as she has her "Dr in a Box" where she has foreign Dr's listening to testimony and giving points to question and attack.  I have not seen anything indicating they are using this. 

Dufense has brought the Eikelenbooms from Holland to speak to touch DNA. The other expert that only read things (sorry I cannot remember him from the Frye hearings) that is a scholar rather than a expert to refute Dr Vass, but no one to challenge the hair death bands.

I never wear shoes around the house, but what is with Casey taking off her shoes?  Hmmmm, remember the crazy lady with the outburst during jury selection, she had her shoes off!  Is Casey trying to show that she has similar problems by taking her shoes off in court, because that is certainly not a "normal" thing to do???  I think this is really odd........

Just sitting here laughing that bozo does not consider her qualified. An FBI scientist for over 10 years and he does not consider her an expert? I can see why he does not want her testifying, she is all business and very articulate in describing her work.
