Judge Perry is being as tolerant as he can be, but how many times does he have to explain what witnesses actually said as opposed to what Bozo thinks they said...
Now Bozo is trying to lecture Judge P as to what questioning is appropriate, and reading from documents that haven't been introduced...aaaagh
Judge is calling Karen Lowe (FBI)back so he can rub Bozo's nose in it!

Thanks Brandi.  What could be so important in his life that he is constantly hold that cell, even when addressing the Judge?  I really think someone is coaching him.

I never wear shoes around the house, but what is with Casey taking off her shoes?  Hmmmm, remember the crazy lady with the outburst during jury selection, she had her shoes off!  Is Casey trying to show that she has similar problems by taking her shoes off in court, because that is certainly not a "normal" thing to do???  I think this is really odd........

I would take my shoes off too, cause I hate shoes and I only wear them when I have to have to go out of the house.  Even if I am in my yard, I wear bootie socks with no shoes.

BUT, in court, when charged with murder of your child????????????????  Completely inappropriate.....

I don't think the jury can see she has her shoes off or the judge, but who knows.  She's a brat and thinks she can do no wrong.  I jsut hope her feet don't stink.  What kind of shoes does she have on, I guess what I mean is what does the jail issue?

This science is not over the Jury's head...   all they need to remember:-
A hair with a death band was found in her mother's trunk - a DEAD Caylee was in there.

Hair removed from the duct tape had NO death band- it came out of Caylee's head while she was alive.   That is all the evidence the State needs- duct tape was applied to a LIVING CHILD.

Agreed and it making me physically ill just to read it.

I agree kind of but the witness said it can take two days for the hair to start to show the postmortem banding.

But to show a death band the hair has to come out of a dead body.
Hair that comes from a live body will never develop a death band!
Hair that came from the duct tape had no band= came from a live Caylee..

To be technical, the witness said that it is "apparent" from a dead body. That while they haven't seen it from anything other than deceased bodies, they cannot conclusively say it was "only" from a dead body. Why Baez didn't jump all over that, I do not know.

That is the terminology they use (apparent) they do not say 100%.  But, she did say it has never been found anywhere else other than in a  hair from dead bodies...

Yes she has and she is a fool. Nothing she says has merit.  All reasonable doubt, which does her no good at this point and time.
