I can't believe I'm going to say this.. but I actually feel sorry for Casey for having such an inept lawyer.  At least Scott Petersen had Geragos who knows his stuff.. well.. at least for the most part. lol

My question.. is this ineptness a game to get ineffective counsel? I know there are eleven attorneys.. but still.

He is trying to keep a dead Caylee out of HER CAR.  IMO, of course.

But he's also saying George had the car!

Yeah, but he left the car totally out of his opening.  He also said that somehow Kronk stole Caylee, so how did he get her.  From his OS, the transfer of Caylee was not explained, how Kronk got her, did george bring her to him, etc.

Her answer specifies her expertise so whether she knows how hair grows blah blah blah is NOT relevant to what she is testifying to as a result of her expertise.

If you cant attack the evidence, attack the witness...the jury has had to take note that this is ALL the defense has done thus far in this case.

JA will fix whatever confusion he actually accomplishes. IF he actually creates any. Karen is nailing his butt to the wall and so easy.

According to my records, Karen Lowe is the State's #34th witness. I think Linda said they would call 47 or 49 and be done at the end of next week.

Looks like they are right on schedule to me, even if they spend all day with Karen Lowe.

I am willing to bet this case will be over in the 8 weeks that Judge Perry has scheduled for it.

Is Baez even a real lawyer?  He does not know even half of what he is doing.  I really hope she doesn't get a mistrial due to incompetent representation.

I hate to say this, but she could probably represent herself better! I suspect she's done more research than he has. Just saying.

She won't get a mistrial. JP won't allow it. However she WILL most definitely file an appeal for inept counsel

Exactly. And this one showed it ...because the car smelled like decomp and Caylee was missing and her mother was lying about where she was and they found Caylee down the road from her house in her old pet cemetery and....

...came from a poor dead Caylee baby. By the time JA finishes, the jury will get it.

...and whether that would be granted remains to be seen.

(Personally, I doubt it would.)
