Casey knows what is going on around her, she has been asked several times if she was satisfied with her counsel.   Mark Geragos made a fool of himself in the Scott Peterson case in many ways, so I wouldnt use that as a measure.   This trial is not a game & Bozo's ego is too large to be willing to make a fool of himself...he just is a fool and he didnt receive that memo.

Again, IMHO I do not feel ineffective counsel will fly.

Right. That's why Baez is wasting time, methinks. To try to prolong the "coming together" of the evidence. Hoping they won't put it together. But methinks they will. Just wait for the MDNA evidence.

According to my records, Karen Lowe is the State's #34^th witness. I think Linda said they would call 47 or 49 and be done at the end of next week.

Looks like they are right on schedule to me, even if they spend all day with Karen Lowe.

I am willing to bet this case will be over in the 8 weeks that Judge Perry has scheduled for it.

That means 6 more weeks of hearing his disgusting voice and seeing his fugly face.  I cannot wait until he is gone and KC is in the pokey.

Is Baez even a real lawyer?  He does not know even half of what he is doing.  I really hope she doesn't get a mistrial due to incompetent representation.

She won't get a mistrial. JP won't allow it. However she WILL most definitely file an appeal for inept counsel

I was listening to the talking heads on TV who were attorneys and all of them said that would be her last resort for an appeal because of the number of the other attorneys. They all agreed bozo was is doing a terrible job, but because the judge has asked her on more than one occasion on the record if she was satisfied with her counsel this would never work in an appeals court.

With his sick grandiose-ness...he'll walk away thinking , and feels that way presently, he is/was the most brilliant cunning person in the room. How his head fits through those double doors in that court room beats me.

What was the case we had this same issue, only "1" hair?  Peterson case??

At the end, of whatever trial it was, the jurors said the "1" hair wasn't that important to them. If I remember correctly...

Maybe some of the jurors in totmom's trial WILL remember that.
