Whack a bozo would be better. With sound effects too. What could he say once you hit him? Stop Jeff, Stop? lol. Have a little Judge Perry whacking him with a gavel in the head saying "OVERRULED!"

From her statement she evidently also did her testing on the hair from the remains. I think that needs to be brought into evidence.

I think that will be handled later, and she will be subject to recall.

Just read the last thread.. the duct tape was placed Before death according to the autopsy?!!!!

Most likely yes.  The hair found on the duct tape did not have a death band & we will hear from Dr G why she felt it was placed there prior to death

IMO that will help the decision for Death penalty

Is Baez even a real lawyer?  He does not know even half of what he is doing.  I really hope she doesn't get a mistrial due to incompetent representation.

She won't get a mistrial. JP won't allow it. However she WILL most definitely file an appeal for inept counsel

I was listening to the talking heads on TV who were attorneys and all of them said that would be her last resort for an appeal because of the number of the other attorneys. They all agreed bozo was is doing a terrible job, but because the judge has asked her on more than one occasion on the record if she was satisfied with her counsel this would never work in an appeals court.

less than 1% of appeals for ineffectiveness of counsel are granted in the US.  Less than that in Florida.

Ashton asked if the State could stipulate (I believe he wanted to simply stipulate that there was only one hair showing decomposition) but Baez said, "We're almost done" and the judge let Baez go on.

So much for Baez almost being done. He lied so to continue and now the State is objecting again and now in another side bar. Perry should not give Baez any benefit of the doubt, he is a snake and can't even be trusted when he says he is almost done with a witness.

I think I figured out why KC let her hair grow........the sample from the trunk with postmortem hair banding analyzed was 9 inches long. She prob thinks the jurors will think it might be KC's hair. BUT, hair expert stated the hair was not consistent with KC's.......Fail

Oh 8 hours after death it may begin to show. The hair that they found on the skull and on duct tape why did that not have the postmortem banding or did it?

My guess would be that the hair samples from the duct tape were so disintegrated the banding would be long gone. I am guessing that banding is only specific to a certain length of time.

From what I gather, not all post mortem hair shows the decomp banding. Finding it is fairly rare. On the other hand, hair with that type of banding has never been found from a live person's hair, so far. And it hasn't been replicated by other means although some tests may have partially mimiced the banding.

Yes he's the real deal as are the other numerous attornies representing Ms. Anthony. I think Baez is doing a bang up job.... other than the fact that he does not do his homework.  IMO his being ignorant/purposely ignoring certain things could be part of his defense strategy???

Linda Kenny Baden. She was on the defense team early on for the purpose of forensic science. You may have seen her husband on various News Networks. He's a well known Forensic Physician, often compared to Henry Lee as one of two really Big Guns in the field.

Dr. G's report does not state it was placed there PRIOR to death, it states it was placed there prior to decomposition.
