Hopefully in redirect the prosecution will ask Lowe, is it possible that there were hairs in the trunk that could have been from Caylee in thr trunk of both when she was alive and dead.

baez is trying to say that a hair that shows decomp may not actually be one.

Um, there can be both. Hairs could have been in the trunk from a blanket when she was still alive and when Caylee was put in trunl, post mortum.

My theory which is a work in progress implies that Casey's decomposing remains were placed inside the trunk of Casey's vehicle on June 24, 2008.

Could it be that there were many more decomposing hair strands as well as other crucial evidence inside that trunk prior to Cindy's cleaning spree ... prior to LE seizing Casey's vehicle.

Tamikosmom Theory - June 24, 2008

1.  Casey returns home at a time she expects both parents to be at work ... at a time her mother believes she and Caylee are in Jackson.  However … an afternoon appointment implies her father is home.

2.  Casey returns her father's gas can and leaves but returns home later

3.  Casey retrieves a deceased Caylee from under the concrete paver beneath the playhouse and … places her daughter’s bagged remains inside the trunk of her vehicle.

4.  Casey disposes of her daughter’s remains in a familiar location where an eventual discovery is made by a meter reader.

5.  Upon realizing the bags containing Caylee remains had been compromised and body decomposition had leaked into the trunk of her vehicle resulting in a foul odor ... Casey unsuccessfully attempts to rid the ordor with baking powder.

Simms was just trying to tell Bobo something.  He shook his head "no" and walked away  from her with his notes.

Will the jury perceive doubt in the witness testimony by being asked to leave the courtroom?
I would think this in and out business would cause confusion for them.

Is Baez even a real lawyer?  He does not know even half of what he is doing.  I really hope she doesn't get a mistrial due to incompetent representation.

Yes he's the real deal as are the other numerous attornies representing Ms. Anthony. I think Baez is doing a bang up job.... other than the fact that he does not do his homework.  IMO his being ignorant/purposely ignoring certain things could be part of his defense strategy???

That's what I was worried about. I'm just wondering if he will be able to get another case after this one.

This brings to mind some famous words from another trial atleast for me.  "If the glove does not fit you must acquit."

All it takes is reasonable doubt in one jurors mind so we will have to wait and see.  jmo

I would confidently take the FBI's opinion over Bozo's.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

He most likely was texting them to make sure he got his picture, name, and contact information in it so he could screw up another case.

LOL.  Too funny.

Spectators told me that a fight almost broke out at 530am when 2 women tried to cut in ticket line. Check YouTube for vid.

They need to rethink the procedure how the public is getting tickets, for one disabled persons are at a disadvantage & also it could very well result in an injury.  It would be much more fair to do it by number & a random drawing.

Oh Capp, I totally agree!!

Just read the last thread.. the duct tape was placed Before death according to the autopsy?!!!!

While at sidebar and it is case related (yesterday anyway):

Hi Star! Is that a question or a statement? I was looking for something on that last night and couldn't find a link. If you have one, I'd like to have it. TIA!

Hey CBB,  it was a comment from another monkey on the last pages of yesterdays thread.. no links attached. Looks like Blink said it was placed there before decomposed not death (verified anyways)

Guess we will see when Dr testifies..more on that.

I can't help but believe that the jury, by now, has noticed Baez' ineptitude and have concluded that is the reason they are in and out of the court room "like a pop tart".

Mumbles just woke up, scooted towards KC with his arm behind her chair and is telling her something.  He is very aware of the cameera and keeps glancing towards it.

I truly wonder if Mumbles will cause himself to have a medical incident in the courtroom so that he can salvage his name from this circus case when the guilty verdict is read?

Bozo is not even close to Johnny Cochran & this hair is hardly the one thing the jury will determine their verdict on.
