Even laypeople know that where there's odor, there are particles in the air that are part of what's causing that odor. Not good to think about when you smell someone's passing gas. You're breathing in those particles. On that happy note, back to the trial.

That motion had to do with something else.  At least that is what I thought.

As far as I remember, there were 2 scheduled meetings.  One at 8:30 that Mason denied filing until shown by JBP that Ann Finnell filed.  I knew that one was withdrawn. 

Then, tehre was one today at 1:30 to discuss George's medical records and some new witness Bozo wants to add, grief counselor.

The hearing on the CD of George's hospital records was scheduled for 1 PM today, after the trial.

The new expert witness hearing has not been scheduled, because the State has not deposed her yet. They plan to depose her early next week.
