Sheeesh! Baez is deliberately trying to confuse the jury. He has to know by now that if there is an odor there are particles in the air because of that odor. No odor -- no particles in the air. Hence the various particles in the air that decomp is composed of is causing that odor. If any of those particles are unique to human decomp, then that odor is that of human decomp.

Either way if he is insinuating prints it could be argued that his client would have wiped her prints down not who her attorney wants to accuse

STATE redirect just destroyed Baez entire questioning of witness.

Baez tried the lame approach that smell in trunk of one date not the same as a later one.

However, car was stored the entire time in one location and under seal. No soup for you baez.
