We are recessing for the day...let's see if there is a hearing

Monday 9AM we reconvene.

Jury is "working out" the "kinks" arranging for restaurants next week.

Bozo looked at his phone to see if he had anymore questions. Amazing
I couldn't believe it, either.  I wonder if Linda Kenney-Baden was on the other end.

Such a relief... they can't stand baez either!

They know he's an @$$hat too

So glad these people are normal individuals that know one when they hear and see one.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

He didn't remind the jury not to talk about teh case.

Another mistrial request.

baez objects to State and then looks to mumbles in order for him to come up with a reason for the objection. Good grief.

Finally, Mason says there is no issue.

I don't think it is required for him to remind them every time. Seems to me they are still under those orders.

But I am not a lawyer.

Noticed that too.

"Mason, tell the Judge why we object."

STATE redirect just destroyed Baez entire questioning of witness.

Baez tried the lame approach that smell in trunk of one date not the same as a later one.

However, car was stored the entire time in one location and under seal. No soup for you baez.

Mumbles is now complaining that the last witness used the term "trash" like the witness did yesterday rather than "garbage" and is insinuating that the two witnesses has spoken and broken the rule of sequestration.  Is he serious?

I didn't either, the state never looks at their phones that I can see.
