I love how scholarly Judge Perry is.

Notice Jose is holding his cell in his right hand.  Is someone feeding him ideas?

Thanks Brandi.  What could be so important in his life that he is constantly hold that cell, even when addressing the Judge?  I really think someone is coaching him.

Just a little intuition here..But my guess is Linda Kenny Baden is on the other end of that phone call.

My bet is, and I have nothing concrete to hang this on, is that Linda Kenny Baden is feeding Baez. She's remained very active in televised interviews even though she left the case.

Wow..I am very late in trying to catch up ..but CBB I just typed the same thing..LKB on the horn with Baez..that's the only thing that makes sense.

The jurors have to be seeing jose do this.
Maybe he keep notes there too.
Think you guys might be right, on the horn.

This science is not over the Jury's head...   all they need to remember:-
A hair with a death band was found in her mother's trunk - a DEAD Caylee was in there.

Hair removed from the duct tape had NO death band- it came out of Caylee's head while she was alive.   That is all the evidence the State needs- duct tape was applied to a LIVING CHILD.
Agreed and it making me physically ill just to read it.

I agree kind of but the witness said it can take two days for the hair to start to show the postmortem banding.

But to show a death band the hair has to come out of a dead body.
Hair that comes from a live body will never develop a death band!
Hair that came from the duct tape had no band= came from a live Caylee..

To be technical, the witness said that it is "apparent" from a dead body. That while they haven't seen it from anything other than deceased bodies, they cannot conclusively say it was "only" from a dead body. Why Baez didn't jump all over that, I do not know.

That is the terminology they use (apparent) they do not say 100%.  But, she did say it has never been found anywhere else other than in a  hair from dead bodies...

This makes me believe that the hair on the duct tape was most likely pulled out while Casey was applying the duct tape in a furious fashion..pulling it tight and ripping some of the hair as she went.  Just awful to think of suffocating a toddler with duct tape..I still think she gave her a shot of Chloroform first to sedate her so she could apply the duct tape.

But this is the State's Case ..Caylee was alive when the duct tape was aplled to both her mouth and nose..no human could live through that.

No need for Casey to take the standnow..she can't disput the science behind this..whatevere she says now the jury will know she is lying.

She is not working as a representative of Casey's, but as a consultant, she never left the case.
She will also get paid as a result, whereas if she if she were retained, she would not.

Personally, I think that is a scam.

Did anyone else notice the individual in the black vest, long sleeved, chartruse colored blouse with all the ruffles in the front- speaking with casey at the table prior to her leaving?

They were also carrying a purse.

Could this be the individual running that site?

Don't have any answers to your question, but posted this in case anyone else does.

So, in essence, Bozo is pissed cause it cannot be 100% shown that that was Caylee's hair with a deathband on it?  Whose else could it be?  KC is alive and well.

LOL..Which begs the question:

How many dead people has yuor client transported in the trunk of her car?  What an idot..

FBI forensic expert says hair removed from Casey Anthony's car consistent with decomposition

When questioned again by prosecutor Jeff Ashton, Lowe said the hair showed characteristics of one that had been forcibly pulled.

I don't get this.  Who forcibly removed the hair after Caylee died?  I would think it just fell out while Caylee was decomposing in the trunk?  So, okay, maybe KC finds her dead, and while picking her up to hide her accidentally pulls a hair out and leaves it in the trunk where it was found?

Thanks Blink.
Wonder if all her interview time on the networks is being billed to the Flda. taxpayers as consulting hours.
I've seen her often and was not aware she was representing herself as anything but a pundit, even though her words are very slanted to the defense.
I will listen more carefully next time she is introduced.  It seems fair the viewers should be told what her position is.

I think it's a scam, too.  Disgusting.  But it makes sense, BECAUSE I've been wondering why LKB is spending so much time on TV..obviously, she's getting paid for it.

Do you know if that's legal? I guess it is or it wouldn't be so obvious that he's hanging on to that cell phone like it's a life line.
I saw LKB on TV last night and it was put to her that those jail house tapes were devastating to the defense yesterday.  I guess the defense got the picture.

I've been wondering about that too.  Not sure if they are speaking of the hair found on the duct tape or the hair from Caylee's hairbrush submitted by Cindy.  I imagine hair in a hair brush could be "pulled"  by the brush while brushing Caylee's hair.

She was saying the hair with the deathband was pulled out not fell out naturally from dying.  Unless the wench pulled her hair after she died and left a hair in the trunk on accident.

I would think that any number of times KC may have moved Caylee...a movement could easily make a hair pull out.  Thank goodness she did, else we wouldn't have this hair.  We only got one.

Sorry your son is sick, I hate when kids are sick.  I get that horrible feeling in my tummy when they feel horrible, and when they hurt themselves.

The hair showed apparent characterisiics of having a death band which has not been shown to occur in living persons or any other scenario, AND, the hair was consistent with the hair they had from Caylee's hairbrush. BUT, because there was no tissue at the end of this hair, they could not do definitive DNA to prove it was Kaylee's hair, but another type of DNA could only show it could be hair from anybody on Caylee's mother's side of the family, and the only one dead at the moment is Caylee.

Yeah, that is what I am thinking.  Somehow she pulled it out while transporting Caylee from wherever she did to the trunk, out of the trunk to wherever, or what not.  Thank God is right.
