Good morning, Monkeys!  I'll be in and out all day,(because no one else realizes how important this trial is... )  but I do have a question...Why is Baez and company pushing against the death hair evidence in the trunk,intrusive investigation of the TES workers, and this hard hitting discrediting of all state witnesses?  It doesn't make sense to me, if they truly believed the Caylee accidental drowning story. It's one more reason I believe the supposed defense team pulled this theory out of their ample behinds.

I've yet to see a ruling on this motion.  I could've missed it, but I really don't think JP has ruled yet.

Casey Anthony trial: Forensic, science experts expected to testify today

Testimony involving evidence such as air and hair samples will continue at 9 a.m. in the first-degree murder case against accused child killer Casey Anthony.

A single strand of hair recovered from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car showed signs of apparent human decomposition, an FBI hair-and-fiber examiner told jurors at her murder trial Saturday.

Karen Korsberg Lowe, the FBI expert, said the hair sample is similar to hair found on a brush belonging to Anthony's daughter, Caylee Marie, but she could not definitively say it belonged to the 2-year-old who died almost three years ago.

Other forensic and science experts are expected to testify today.

I've yet to see a ruling on this motion.  I could've missed it, but I really don't think JP has ruled yet.

I haven't seen anything either,but I hope the jurors do get to smell them.

I just heard on Fox and Friends Dr Vass will testify today. Hope so! Another toss and turn weird dream night. Hopefully it will stop soon..

Before the 11th of August, during an attorney client visit at the jail, Casey told Baez what she "wanted" to tell him as far as drowning, her dad, and where the body was. Law Enforcement heard the conversation but could not go out there and get the body because the media would've torn them apart. How, when, what, etc. And some cop would have lost his pension. So Law Enforcement maneuvers a situation to where Michelle (who is Kronks live in girlfriend, who works at the jail) gives Kronk the info. He goes out there on the 11th, 12th and 13th but cannot find the body. Because Casey told Baez she tripped on some pavers when she went out there. Kronk keyed in on the wrong pavers. He was 75 ft away from where the body was. Pressure was on Law Enforcement at that time to find the body. I went on Nancy grace on December 9, 2008 and said "within TWO days LE will come up with the body." At that time Kronk was redirected and found the body on December 11, 2008. The PI's were out there on the 14th and 15th of November taking pictures. They were directed by someone by Baez's direction. LE cannot admit to have listened to an Attorney/Client conversation neither can Baez admit he had knowledge as far back as August 2008.

Casey Anthony Defense Faces Uphill Battle, Experts Say

"I believe they have almost relieved the state of their burden of proof by making such strong assertions in opening statements," said Karin Moore, a professor at Florida A&M University's College of Law. "They are going to have to prove it now. It is going to be a difficult task for them."

After days of lies and falsehoods, Casey Anthony trial starts 3rd week

(CNN) -- The third week of the Casey Anthony murder trial gets under way Monday.

On the second week, that ended Saturday, jurors had a front row seat to the vivid, yet imaginary, world the Florida mother created in the weeks after 2-year-old daughter Caylee disappeared in 2008.

The jury heard detailed stories from Anthony's mother and her brother, of her business trips to Tampa and visits to an old flame that later proved to be false.

Jurors also heard recordings of Anthony's police interviews, jailhouse visits and a 911 call.

Anthony is charged with seven counts, including first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and misleading police in the 2008 death of daughter Caylee.

The last time the little girl was seen was June 16, 2008. The girl's grandmother, Cindy, reported her missing on July 15, 2008.
