Janet, if you're right, and I suspect you are, then the plan is that Casey will be acquitted and will then recant about George.  George won't be prosecuted and Casey can't be tried again---double jeopardy.

Exactly!!

On the other hand ... considering George wil continue to deny all accusations and ... there is no proof to legally charge him with a felony except the word of a pathological liar ... Casey will not feel pressured to recant her accusations after an acquittal.  Think about it.  Her father has been redeemed in the court of public opinion since those unbelieveable accusations spewed out of Baez mouth in his opening statement on May 28th.

Jury deliberations encompassing reasonable doubt is all that matters.

As much as I find the Anthonys repulsive, I don't see any parent admitting to being a pedophiling incestous piece of crap and subjecting themselves to florida mandatory life in prison knowing what scum thier own child is
