Dr. Voss is a likable and credible witness.   Baez is not endearing himself to the
jury by trying to discredit this witness.   I am pretty sure the jury finds Baez as
annoying as we do.   If the good doctor was trying to get rich, he would go into
another field.

You have no scienitifc evidence to dispute the testimony so you have to attack the expert, Bozo fails  "they are required to offer"  what part of that do you not comprehend Bozo...he's not looking to get rich of this case BUT YOU ARE!

If anything Casey put up the latter after returning from her fake job left the slider wide open so Caylee would go in on her own and drown but that doesn't explain the chloroform 

If an accidental drowning resulted in Caylee's demise ... the truth would have been revealed long ago.  Three years later ... Casey would not be on trial for pre-meditated murder with the death penalty/LWOP conviction hanging over her head.  There would have been a plea deal ... a plea deal implies that Casey would at this point in time would be doing her thing at Fusions every Saturday night.

Janet, I agree with you on that.  IF there was ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT that didn't involve any wrongdoing on Casey's part, we would already know what it was.  At the very least, she is guilty of doing something wrong that led to her daughter's death.  I don't believe we will ever know what truly happened.

Jose is attempting to further his defence strategy that Caylee's demise result from an "accidental" drowning and ... Casey's inappropriate behavior in the month immediately following this "accidental" drowning had everything to do with ongoing dysfunction that took place within the walls of the Anthony home since Casey was a little girl.

Casey's parents will continue to deny but will not legally challenge the defence's strategy in the hope that resonable doubt in jury deliberations will result in a verdict that benefits their daughter.  IMO

And even though Mr. Lippman publically threatened to sue Baez for slander for what he said in his opening statement, Lippman knows he can't sue for what an attorney says in court.

But Bozo doesn't know that...JP hasn't scholled him on those points...yet.

He's at least smart enough to know not to - he doesn't have a leg to stand on there.  This is all he has, throwing his usual poop at the wall to seeing if he can get any of it to stick.  Unfortunately, most of it is slipping through his hand and just onto him before he even throws it.  Well..... unfortunately for him anyway, and our patience.  I think he's just trying to bore the jury to the point where they mentally go numb and can't remember the good evidence and opinion that the Doctor gave.
