IF Casey is acquitted of Caylee's murder, or found guilty of a much lesser charge,
I clearly see the fame Baez will get. He will be the 21st century Johnny Cochran.

I just can't fathom this happening...my brain just can't process this possibility. I would move to Canada.

Me either.  I really do not think I will be able to move on for a very long time.  I would be so hurt, so devastated that this piece of chit will be walking the streets again, that little Caylee died for nothing.  Three years is not long enough to be in jail after you kill your child.

I hate to say this but there are so many people in the US (& beyond) that hate - no despise - this woman someone would kill her!  At the very least she'd get the you know what beat out of her.  Can you imagine if she gets jail time & a lesser charge?  The inmates will chew her up & spit her out - they don't like baby killers!

I am not a mean person in any way, but if she walks, I HOPE somebody gets her, but I hope they torture her for a long time first before they kill her.  It scares me, the rage and as much as I despise her, thank God I do not live there.

I do not think she will ever tell the truth.  She is too shallow and her daughter's life being snubbed out way too early and all the lies and innuendo into her death, mean nothing to this wench.  She does not lose a momen't sleep either.

I was noticing in a post up above somewhere, but I cannot find it now, that the State has gone thruogh 41 witnesses.  So, that leaves 8 left?  We have Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, and Sat this week, think they will be done this week?  So Bozo can start his charade next week, and be done with him and get to the verdict sooner?  I hope.

Baby Caylee was in the backseat in her carseat and the smell from the trunk
could hve gotten to her and rendered her unconcious.  Then Casey put the
duct Tape on her and left her inside the trunk.  IDK. Just thinking.

I think Dr. Boise will be recalled.  It was said that he was waiting in the hall today.

He would probably be recalled to talk about how he sent all the evidence that was with the body to the lab.  How he collected the duct tape, etc.

Bolded part is what I don't get. You would think as many times as Judge Perry tells Baez only what we have discussed and he goes ahead and ask the question again that sent them to side bar in the first place.  He is trying to distract the jury with any thing he can. They try and listen to him and figure out WTH he is talking about. With the way he goes on about nothing they aren't going to even get to the defenses witnesses until the end of the month.

I don't necessarily think Jess Grund, his father, or kronk are important, but what do I know.  The grunds are only collateral info providers and Bozo is going to insinuate crap, and then with Kronk, I can just imagine how many objections will be made on both sides.  I don't think the jury cares who found the body, but I guess because of Bozo's OS, they kind of have to present him, but I think he will be a bad witness.  We shall see.  Bozo is going to fluster him with all his stupid innuendos.
