thanks trimm!!!!! i really enjoy listening to Mr. Sheaffer and Ms. Belich recap the day.  I think Mr. Sheaffer and Mr. Nejame are the best two attorneys that sum up the days events for us in a way that is accurate and fair.  I really like how Sheaffer said today that the jury will definitely believe all of Deputy Forgey's testimony and will view Casey as a "monster."

i think the prosecution tried to get it in last week but the judge ruled that they hadn't laid the nescessary foundation to have it admitted yet.  Hopefully it will still end up admitted at some point
