My DH just said the trial is really only gonna be 3 weeks....and the side bars will encompass the rest of the rest of the time. He is really impressed with how the State is presenting the evidence in a time line...

I was simply reposting the statute & confirming what the actual charge was and how aggravated child abuse that causes death is felony murder.  The rest of your response is inappropriate.

Hasn't it been said 5000 times that the Anthony's did NOT use chlorine in their swimming pool?  Yet this idiot, BOZO, is asking if you can find chloroform in a swimming pool and on a bathing suit.
