Oh, WoW!  Prosecuted a woman and attended her execution. 


Why in the world would Baez request the change of judge to this one who is strongly pro death penalty?  Just another flub on the part of the defense trying to appear competent when they are not.  IMO.  Judge Perry is such a sweetie it's hard to reconcile that with his stand on the death penalty but he is a stickler for the word of the law.

Dr. Vass was back on the stand to clarify a can wrongfully admitted into evidence.  Also, there was an FBI Forensic Chemist this morning.  The dog handler hasn't been cross-examined yet by BOZO. Hope that helps.

I haven't..I have seen participation but not on this level.....JMO but I think the defense thinks this is going to go over well with the jury. I disagree....

Really, only thing I have ever seen is maybe when i defendant wants a question asked they may right in on piece of paper but other then that they just sit there. I just find it inappropriate how she acts during testimony.

I think you're right, Sunny! All this active involvement just makes her seem very capable and competent, and not the poor, broken, flawed incest victim that lies uncontrollably due to being shattered by her experience.
