Baez snickering and smug faced....totally inappropriate

It was obvious he was enjoying the prosecutions' problems getting the photos up on the screen.  Like he has been smooth with his dufense -- he can't even find a file.

is it just me, has anyone ever seen a defendant so involved in their cases? I mean reviewing all the documents writing objections for Baez.

I haven't..I have seen participation but not on this level.....JMO but I think the defense thinks this is going to go over well with the jury. I disagree....

Also, I think they are catering to her a control freak nature .. in my opinion, she seems to think nobody can do anything as well as she does.

So, Linda is basically showing photographs of the dog in action... demonstrating the intensive training the dog has had.

...and it's quite impressive. Jose Baez, not so impressive. The dog got more training than Jose did.

thanks trim.....I still would like to know why he stopped escorting CA to court.....he was with her every trip and suddenly it stopped...I would love to know WHY?

I believe it was because he was accused of being in cahoots with the A's for a book or movie deal which he has denied.

uuummmm I guess that's possible....but he doesn't seem to me to be the sort that would care what people think....

During the lunch recess, InSessions was talking about what that mistake on the can identification will mean during closing arguments. They think, and I agree, that Baez will go on and on about how the jury witnessed an error by Dr. Vaas and how an error could have skewed the results of everything he tested, blah, blah, blah.

I hope it will have no effect on the jurors, but I do think Baez will go on and on about it.   

And I don't even think the defense caught that he IDed the wrong can. It just shows the state is honest and not trying to pull any fast ones, something Baez would not have done.

IDK, but I wonder if he is done with them, as far as reporting or getting a story, for now?  He thinks a lot of them, so it is strange that they don't even converse now.....at least not during the March hearings I went to.  When he was talking with Cookie and me in the hallway, the A's did keep their eye on him, but I never saw them speak to each other once.

Dog on scene for recovered body, went back 10 days later in two different directions to see if the dog would alert, they found two other pieces.

I'm amazed by this testimony.  He looks at the jurors and knows what he's talking about.  Would like to see Garis (sp) come into the courtroom.  He truly looks proud of what he does.  Bozo is going to try and humiliate him.

I think you're right, Sunny! All this active involvement just makes her seem very capable and competent, and not the poor, broken, flawed incest victim that lies uncontrollably due to being shattered by her experience.

I so agree.  She looks like she is running the show and I'm surprised the def. allows so much mucking about in their binders. 
A pundit, there are so many I forget which one, said on t.v. last night that Casey looks so tiny, so young and so vulnerable in the courtroom.  Small in stature maybe, but BS to the rest. 

the pundit....LOL...bet it was a male...I haven't seen one moment when she looked vulnerable and she has sure aged!!  Look at Susan Smith, Diane Down, Darlie Routier...they all looked vulnerable in court too

JMO but I think they are keeping her busy because she is probably starting to twitch from all the drugs she's on to keep her non-emotional during trial.

I've been thinking that the state is making a good case that a dead body was in the car and Caylee is dead, but are they really making a case showing that Casey murdered Caylee?  Yes, Casey had the car and Casey had Caylee in her possession, but when the jury starts to llink Casey physically murdering Caylee, do you think they are gonna find any evidence for that?  I'm getting worried that they will not have evidence that Casey was actually the killer.
