I'm amazed by this testimony.  He looks at the jurors and knows what he's talking about.  Would like to see Garis (sp) come into the courtroom.  He truly looks proud of what he does.  Bozo is going to try and humiliate him.

During the lunch recess, InSessions was talking about what that mistake on the can identification will mean during closing arguments. They think, and I agree, that Baez will go on and on about how the jury witnessed an error by Dr. Vaas and how an error could have skewed the results of everything he tested, blah, blah, blah.

I hope it will have no effect on the jurors, but I do think Baez will go on and on about it.   

I heard that too and I'll bet you and they are correct. JB wasn't even aware of the error....Jeff being the moral person he is, corrected his error.

I've been thinking that the state is making a good case that a dead body was in the car and Caylee is dead, but are they really making a case showing that Casey murdered Caylee?  Yes, Casey had the car and Casey had Caylee in her possession, but when the jury starts to llink Casey physically murdering Caylee, do you think they are gonna find any evidence for that?  I'm getting worried that they will not have evidence that Casey was actually the killer. 

I believe the forensic computer expert & telecommunication experts that will testify to her cell pings & phone records will be helpful as well as what was found at the remains crime scene.

I've been thinking that the state is making a good case that a dead body was in the car and Caylee is dead, but are they really making a case showing that Casey murdered Caylee?  Yes, Casey had the car and Casey had Caylee in her possession, but when the jury starts to llink Casey physically murdering Caylee, do you think they are gonna find any evidence for that?  I'm getting worried that they will not have evidence that Casey was actually the killer.

If you look at all of the chair heights at the defense table...it looks like ICA's chair is at least about 6 in. lower than everyone else's.  So, the idiot making that remark must be buying what the duhfense is selling.  Hope the jury isn't.

thanks trim.....I still would like to know why he stopped escorting CA to court.....he was with her every trip and suddenly it stopped...I would love to know WHY?

IDK, but I wonder if he is done with them, as far as reporting or getting a story, for now?  He thinks a lot of them, so it is strange that they don't even converse now.....at least not during the March hearings I went to.  When he was talking with Cookie and me in the hallway, the A's did keep their eye on him, but I never saw them speak to each other once.

Before today she seemed to think this was going to help her due to all the defense talk of "misses."   She's getting an education today.   The defense will spin this that it was the accident they referred to in the yard but it doesnt get her out of her car.   She left garbage in the car on purpose to mask the smell as well as parking it near a dumpster at Amscot & abandoning it, IMHO.

I think the computer forensics will tie her more with the computer searches for chloroform, etc.

I know this is so petty and I should not care about this, because once she is convicted, this will never happen again, but you have no idea how much her sitting around and waiting and the baliffs not gettign her quicker bothers me.  I am ready to spit nails right now. 

Does anybody know if maybe her lawyers put in a motion asking to allow her to eat lunch in the court room or something? 

I have noticed that it seems that Casey lets the bailiffs know when SHE is ready to go and not when they are ready to take her out...
I posted that a few threads back...another way that she can show her control and that she is in control..she makes me sick...

...and I'd like to add. She was the last non-imaginary person to see Caylee, and she didn't bother to report her missing for 30 days.

I don't think a magician could get her out of what she is about to receive.
