No details are being provided on the Amber Alert site, but, WALA, Fox10, is reporting the child was recovered late Monday night or early Tuesday morning by the FBI.

I am checking facebook for updates.  His cousin said that all she knew at this point was that he was found at 6:49 this morning.

A man and woman have been charged with kidnapping and robbery in connection with the abduction of three children in Ariton on Sunday.

Melissa Lynn Mione and Robert Wesley Rogers are each charged with three counts of first-degree kidnapping and one count of first-degree robbery.

Their arrests are in connection with the kidnapping of three children, two of whom were found early Tuesday morning in rural Geneva County. The other child, 3-month-old Daniel Jackson Lowe, was found early Tuesday at another location which authorities have not yet identified.

Dale County - Sheriff Wally Olson, announces, the arrest of MELISSA LYNN MIONE MCGEE and WESTLY ROBERT ROGERS, in Ozark, Alabama for Kidnapping First Degree and Robbery First Degree.

 

MELISSA MCGEE, a 36 year old white female from Daleville, Alabama and WESTLY ROGERS, a 24 year old white male from Ozark, Alabama, were arrested on 06/07/2011, by Sheriff's Deputies and FBI Special Agents after several leads were developed during the course of this investigation into allegations of child kidnapping involving three minor children ages two, one and two months. The Sheriff's Office, FBI and numerous additional federal, state and local law enforcement officials, during a short time-frame, resolved several leads which ultimately led to the safe recovery of three missing children.

Anyone from Level Plains knows we have tried to have this nut investigated for years. From breast cancer and leukimia scams to fake pregnancies. Between melissa and her mom they have to be the most coniving people in south alabama. She pulled the same scams in Atlanta then married a pilot and came here, just to pull the same scams again. Poor Joe fell for this crap and married her because he thought she was pregnant. Eating a pint of chocolate ice cream a night to gain weight should have been obvious. Law enforcement needs to check her Face Book page. She has been posting pictures of her supposed new child for weeks. But unfortunately the child had to goto St.Judes because it was ill. When asked of the child this psycho actually kidnapped someone elses child to prove her point and extort child support from Joe. JOE IF YOUR READING THIS..........CONGRATULATIONS YOUR FINALLY FREE! NEXT TIME PLEASE USE A CONDOM SO OTHER CHILDREN ARE SAFE FROM THIS KIND OF CRAP
