LKB is only insulting everyone's intelligence and enraging the public even more. I can't imagine her "haterade" nonsense actually swaying the opinions of normal people. She can't be doing the defense any favors

I'm just catching up, but watching InSession; they just showed the testimony of the computer lady...she said on the A's computer were all kind of searches for Zeniada.  And this was before Caylee died.  This is so premeditated.  I hope the jury sees this and are making notes.  Casey was setting up her story to tell everybody.

Is the following what most have concluded?

Casey killed Caylee on 16th.
Placed body in trunk and left it there for X number of days.
Took body out of trunk, placed in backyard, borrowed a shovel.
Body placed back in trunk?

Wonder why someone so COLD, would not simply place the body in a dumpster?javascript:void(0);

LKB has been on a lot of shows lately and I'm beginning to think that this is part of the dumbfenses stragedy.  She's hitting the air waves of how Casey is innocent just like the A's were doing for awhile.  I don't think it's gonna work!

Considering jury members are not listening to LKB ... there will be no influencing in that arena.

However ... when the alleged $2 million dollar movie deal the Anthony's have negotiated with Lifeline Movie Channel is considered ...maybe there is a PR strategy ... a PR strategy to influence the court of public opinion.  The involvement of Cindy and George implies the movie bias is a given.

Once this case is over does Baez and company still have to hold on to the client attorney privilege? Can they the discuss their thoughts on their client after she is convicted or acquitted?

The pink shirt is significant, and she had it on 6 months prior.  I believe Casey had Caylee in that shirt on purpose.

I believe Casey put that particular t-shirt on Caylee as she murdered her.
