Wow, how obvious that is.  What does the jail provide to do your eyebrows with?  Do they get makeup?  That would piss me off. 
I believe someone posted a longggggg time back the list of items available for inmates to purchase.  Make was on the list.  I was very surprised.  I'm sure it wouldn't be high end, but still, do they really need to feel 'pretty'?

Ugh, that pisses me off.  I think I am going to write a motion to make makeup not available, and if they have to make something available, make it crayons or something.

I'm sure they do, as I once audited a female minimum security prison in IL and they did.
