I thought the 302s were part of Joe Tacopina's filings in NY?  I didn't think they were any longer a secret since he is the one that outed them...I could be wrong.


That is Paulus...if it weren't the Darkside would be shouting from  the rooftops.  It only causes more suspicion to think that Paulus was targeting Natalee in the casino with Joran's help.  If it isn't Paulus I challenge anyone to prove it to me.

Was Lee in the casino?  If so, what was she wearing there?  Had she changed from the beach?

Anna here is a photo of the casino.  I think Lee is standing near Natalee.

Klaas, saw your post....still say that the posture of Natalee tells me that the exchange was tentative with the man that we think is PVDS....thanks, San, for your photo.

2NJ - one of the arms in that photo is not Natalee's.  We are only seeing Natalee's complete left arm, the right arm you are seeing belongs to the person sitting next to Natalee.

Good pick up on that Klaas. I never noticed that before but once you mentioned it I can see Natalee has her hands clasped together. The arm we ae seeing is  the person next to her.

Thanks Klaas for finding that pic of Natalee and Paulus.  I am going to refer to it as him until someone proves otherwise.  If Joe T was any kind of attorney, he would have corrected the whole thing when it first surfaced...he didn't and that to me speaks volumes.  Sometimes silence is very loud.

Of this there is little doubt. There is no good reason to think that Joran was truthful to Natalee about who he was or what his intentions were.

Especially when the person is...never...seen...again.

I missed the part where Natalee is speaking to the man next to her...the one we all know is Paulus.

Also thanks to all for the comments about my friend Betsy. She will be missed alot. Very community oriented.

With that I am calling it a night. I think it is going to take a week to get rested. In fact it always feels so good to get home I sometimes wonder why we ever leave. LOL

This is what is frustrating about this whole thing...if that is not Paulus why don't they say so?  Because it is Paulus and everyone knows it.  I am sure there are things that we don't know, but the time is almost up and if I were a betting person I say that the case is closed and nothing more will be done.  Not by the Dutch or the United States.  It is going to take the family telling all they know and letting someone put the pieces together and get these people that did this to Natalee.  Her family will never have her back...that will not happen.  Aruba is playing the waiting game hoping that we who seek justice will all go away.  I only hope that doesn't happen.  I have been here too long and know too much to ever be satisfied with CASE CLOSED.  I want this family to have answers!

The picture of Natalee in the casino where Klaas mentioned that the hand, forearm we see is not Natalee's, but look at Natalee's are from shoulder on down to elbow... is this where they found the part of her arm to photoshop into the C&C picture where she is supposedly dancing on the bar?

Clipped at the junction of Natalee's arm here where it hits the other person's arm seems to me to match up the casino..

I typed this and now have changed my mind because I am wrong... the arm in the casino shows the inside of the arm/elbow. Whose arm to past elbow did they use or is there a picture out there that shows her arm in the position used in the fake dancing on the bar picture?

Carpe isn't there another version of the casino tape from a different camera angle where the camera. camera angle is positioned above where the man's head is.. the name standing near supposedly Paulus???

I thought I had seen another for it was used to do a close up of his watch.

The video you are using doesn't show his watch very well.

Hi guys! The casino video with Paulus/not Paulus has become important, if for no other reason, because of the information being withheld about it. If it is Paulus, then why not just say so? Joran later says his Dad was there for the first time (right)  
If it isn't Paulus, then why not release the video showing that person coming in and prove it?

Can you imagine a murder investigation conducted without collecting all visable means to establish who the victim was with in the hours leading up to the crime?

Personally, I think the only reason Joran volunteered that his dad was there at all was to cover in case someone remembered seeing Paulus at the casino.

Based on the circumstances, I believe it is Paulus. I can't tell from the video, but the way this has been handled convinces me.

The question is: What does that tell us? Does Joran just want to shield Dad from any further connection with Natalee at all since Joran's actions with Natalee caused her death?

Was Paulus in on a crime from the beginning?
