3:25 Thursday, June 9, 2011 Court is in session, afternoon recess is over.

The judge is telling the jury they are recessing for the day.  He does not want them speculating on the cause of recessing early for the day.

After the jury has left he tells the court that Casey Anthony is ill and they are recessing for the day.  The judge tells the media that no one wants to talk about it and the attorneys want to be left alone.

Maybe George was right when he told Casey in her jailhouse video that Casey was in charge.  Sure seems that way.  She tells the officers of the courts when she's ready to go out, she argues with Baez, now she stopped court.  I've never, ever seen a court stop because the defendant was ill.  What crapola.  Give her a trash can to throw up in.

Question:  Was Tony present when Casey borrowed the shovel?

If we were to believe Casey was going to bury Caylee, wouldn't this be implicating Tony?

I have always been under the impression that she was alone.  Brian Burner, the neighbor from whom she borrowed the shovel, did not say that Tony was there.

On the afternoon of June 16th ... Brian Burner observed Casey returning home and ... on June 18th ... Casey borrowed his shovel.

My theory implies that on June 18th Casey may have had assistance burying Caylee.  However ... Burner does not testify that he observed somebody with Casey.

Burner also testified that he saw Anthony's white car backed into the family's garage on the afternoon of June 16, 2008. That's the day that prosecutors say Caylee's grandfather last saw the child alive.

Neighbor testifies about shovel loaned to Casey Anthony, on trial for daughter's murder

(CBS/WKMG/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - The Anthony family's neighbor, Brian Burner, who loaned Casey Anthony a shovel on June 18, 2008, testified Wednesday on day two of Anthony's trial for first degree murder.
 
Burner said Anthony approached him around 1 p.m. that June day to ask to borrow the shovel, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.
 
"She said she wanted to borrow a shovel to dig up a bamboo root," Burner said, according to the station.

In Brian Burner's July 30, 2008 interview with detectives ... he states that on June 23rd Casey was at her parent's home with a "male."  Tony revealed in a September 8th interview with detectives that on June 23rd he had been at the Anthony home with Casey to pick up the gas cans.
