Earlier, NeJames said had JP not dismissed the jury, it could be grounds for a mistrial.

Thanks CBB ~ I can't get that link at work but thought it might appear that way, and we sure don't want to go thru another trial so even though I am furious, I get it. We have waitied 3 yrs for justice and I would rather justice be secured the first round than a mistrial and another trial

I can find nothing about KC going to the hospital............ maybe she did, but I can't find anything right now.

I think one of the reporters tweeted that she could be going to the hospital, then a helicopter was mentioned but nothing is fact.

Channel 6 said she was back at the jail and being seen by medical personnel there...no link other than what was said on TV

NeJames: Reality is that KC has been a pro actress and liar for years. She's capable of pulling out emotions when she needs them and then tucking them away when she's done.
