Earlier, NeJames said had JP not dismissed the jury, it could be grounds for a mistrial.

Thanks CBB ~ I can't get that link at work but thought it might appear that way, and we sure don't want to go thru another trial so even though I am furious, I get it. We have waitied 3 yrs for justice and I would rather justice be secured the first round than a mistrial and another trial

channel 6 is going in and out.....just hang in and it will eventually come back....nothing the defense does is going to humanize KC....I think this little show today was to  try to make her appear to care, that she has feelings.....FAILED BADLY...too little, too late!!!

I can find nothing about KC going to the hospital............ maybe she did, but I can't find anything right now.

I think one of the reporters tweeted that she could be going to the hospital, then a helicopter was mentioned but nothing is fact.

 Right Klass.. That was being reported and they were saying they thought it was the corrections van and she was in it and going to the nearest hospital.. Helicopter view of a white van driving down the highway.  Ughhhhhhhhhhhh.. I wish someone else would have seen it. Trust me.. I am not making it up,, they said it. !!!
